Amegakure "Village Hidden in Rain" is a small hidden village in the Land of Rain. It seems to be a rather loosely knit village, their ninja tend to be selfish amongst their peers. It stands to reason that its ninja specialize water-based jutsu. Umbrellas are common weapons used only by them, they are typically long-range combat experts where Genjutsu is emphasized. They tend to have various breathing aids to help them blend in with their element.
