Mystic Noh-men Lv. 4 (A-Rank):
A Mystic Noh-men at Level 4 inverts its normal colors, with the mask becoming black, and whatever other colors or designs on its surface there may be changing to their opposites. The inherent power of a Level 4 Mystic Noh-men is that the Nogakujin can create a single special type of Clone that can wear either an alternate mask already possessed by the Nogakujin, or a lesser version (equivalent to C-Rank) of the Mystic Noh-men. This Mystic Clone can use any skills or abilities the wearer knows, but Mask Powers are limited to Lv. 2. The Mystic Clone does not vanish when struck, and is basically the equal of its creator, but at half power.
NOTE: Making a Mystic Clone is NOT automatically possible for a Nogakujin with the A-Rank Mystic Noh-Men. He or she must pay 4 XP and 4 PP on TOP of the cost for the Lv. 4 Mystic Noh-Men transformation. This is because the Mystic Clone is essentially the equivalent of a Summon. A Mystic Clone will generally have his or her own name, personality, and will also have his or her own charbit! However, this charbit does NOT increase in power over time. He or she does NOT gain new stats, or any transformations higher than the Lv. 2 Mystic Noh-Men.
Mask Powers:
Mystic Clone (A-Rank Ninjutsu Supplemental; Summons Mystic Clone to the Nogakujin's location) Produces a Clone that is physically present and alive, and which can use any Jutsu that the original knows. The Clone can be re-absorbed by physical contact, allowing it to heal from damage inflicted. If killed, it takes as long as a month for it to regenerate.
Appable Mask Skills (in addition to Lv. 1 - 3 Skills)
Heightened Image (A-Rank Taijutsu Attack; Chargeable, Powerful; Blunt) Greatly increases strength and speed for one short burst attack by storing potential energy in the body and then converting it into kinetic force. Only possible while wearing the Mystic Noh-men, and must remain perfectly still prior to the attack, in order to build up potential energy.
Mask Micro-Wire (A-Rank Ninjutsu Attack; AoE, Stamina Drain, Unblockable; Chakra, Sharp, Unblockable) Numerous strands of wire are stored in spools inside of a Mystic Noh-Men, and can be extended and controlled with Chakra and minute head movements to slash at opponents. The wire is incredibly thin, and then has sharp edges and serrations all over it. These edges are only as thin as a single molecule in width and when this is combined with the Chakra field that surrounds them it allows the wires to cut through literally anything. If a single strand touches a victim's flesh it is highly likely that massive blood loss — if not limb loss — will result.
Noh-men Chakra Sense II (C-Rank Ninjutsu Defense; Link, Stealth) Allows greater Chakra sensitivity than basic Noh-men Chakra Sense. Only applies while wearing the Mystic Noh-Men. Still cannot see Chakra, but can feel it in the environment accutely. Range is long, extending out to about a mile.
World of Illusion (A-Rank Genjutsu Attack; AoE, Multiple Round Stun, Potent Genjutsu, Stamina Drain, Tricky; Psi. No damage.) Traps one or more targets in a Genjutsu world of insane and horrific visions and sensations that drain away Stamina. Exceptionally difficult to get out of, because it seperates the brain's functions, suppressing the ability to manipulate Chakra as long as the Genjutsu is in place.
