This can be @mailed to StatChar. It's a basic @mail request done as below:
1) Which stat(s) are you increasing and by which number(s)?
I.E: Seal: 2, Pow: 1
That sounds easy enough, though there is a cost. Every week, the game will look at your votes, and determine whether or not youve gotten enough votes to earn an extra stat point. When you use the +xp command to check your xp, it will inform you if you have a stat point available.
The formula the game will be using to determine your available stat points is based on earning xp. If you have less than 24 total stats, then you are weaker than an average starting genin, and are Tier 0. Every 2 xp you earn, you gain 1 stat point. Once you have at least 24 total stats, you are Tier 1. Every 5 xp you earn at Teir 1, you gain 1 stat point. Once you reach 40 total stats, you are Tier 2. Every 15 xp you earn at Tier 2 gets you 1 stat point. And, finally, once you reach 56 total stats, you are Tier 3. Every 25 xp you earn at Tier 3 gets you 1 stat point.
