Stamina (Sta):
The physical well being of the body. It measures your characters overall toughness and health. Stamina is also what a ninja uses to focus their chakra. A higher Sta means you'd be able to take harder hits and have a much higher HP, figured Stamina, and maximum figured Chakra than someone with a lower Sta. If you can't beat them, outlast them.
Speed (Spd):
Rapidity in moving, going, traveling, proceeding, or performing; swiftness; celerity. It is how fast you are, this stat can be seen in a lot of attacks but is often seen in Taijutsu attacks and some Ninjutsu defenses.
Power (Pow):
The quality or state of being strong; bodily or muscular power; vigor. Your raw physical strength. In combat, this stat influences by how hard you hit and is used primarily with Taijutsu, some Ninjutsu attacks however might require this stat.
Seals (Seal):
In Naruto, Chakra is the basis of all Ninjutsu and the focus of Ninja. To make use of that chakra requires you use seals, often in the form of hand seals. This stat measures how skilled a character is with Ninjutsu techniques. These techniques are often elemental in nature, and always require the application of chakra.
Genjutsu (Gen):
All illusions fall into the realm of Genjutsu in Naruto. This stat represents how well you are not only at using those techniques, but also at noticing and defending yourself from them.
Taijutsu (Tai):
All physical martial arts and body modification jutsu use the taijutsu stat. While taijutsu can be as simple as punching and kicking, it can be as complex as a Hyugas juuken style of chakra based taijutsu, or a Kaguyas use of their own bones as weapons.
NOTE: These are the stats on your sheet, your character should to a degree reflect the stats on your sheet. You can't be an utter Genius if your Int is low or be tough as nails when you have a 1 Sta. Same goes with all the stats. Roughly speaking, a 1 is impaired, a 2 is villager level, a 3 is genin level, a 5 is chuunin level, a 7 is jounin level, and a 10 is legendary.
