A genjutsuist that uses an unusual tool to enhance his capabilities, that of a puppet.
Background
Ishino was born the middle of three kids. Masayoushi, his father, was a respected shinobi within Kirigakure when it was first established. His mother, Iyo ran a clock store within the village as it grew, keeping time for those who needed such things. Nagi, Ishino's older sister followed in their mother's footsteps, helping with the store and making some almost world famous pocket watches.
When Ishino got close enough to age, he wanted to join the shinobi like his father. Taking a pocket watch as a gift from his sister for joining the academy, Ishino was quick to adapt to the shinobi life style. While not as strong or as fast as the rest, he was smart and able to use his intellect to form illusions to fool the rest. His best effect was the henge, which also got him into plenty of trouble as he grew up through the academy.
Graduating from the academy, Ishino was offically a genin. Working with his first team, he developed a fondness for strategy and tactics. The pocket watch that he had from his sister was modified to hold some of his prefered tools. He also learned how to manipulate the illusions he used to twist time on others, causing them to either miss a moment, or extend a moment indefinitely. Due to his high chakra control, he was able to start forming a tool that became more and more elaborate. Within the center of it was a precisely tuned clock, the link between it and the pocket watch he carried down to the exact gear movement. With a lot of assistance from his sister, he was able to figure out how to manipulate the chakra he had into strings, attaching them to key locations within the tool to make it functional. Growing further, working constantly with his other team members in various low end missions, Ishino was finally able to get a fully functional puppet.
The power he put into it was able to amplify the illusions he used, the clock's ticking a perfect underpinning for the illusions he would play on others. Finally reaching the age 16, Ishino had proven a reliable and solid genin. Recently, he'd been promoted to chuunin, the promotion coming in just before the exams were announced, leaving him juggling learning the new requirements of his rank, plus assisting Kirigakure with further security for the exams.
Personality
Ishino is a very polite teen. While hardly one to belittle others, Ishino constantly would observe and judge the actions of others and how they might be interacted with and if necessary, strike at the foundation of their weakness to give a needed opening. Very loyal, Ishino understands that the life of a shinobi is a lonely one, often conflicting with the desire to have others in his life and the fact that they or he, may some day be killed. This can come across some times as Ishino being kind of bookish. Otherwise he mostly keeps his potentially biting comments to himself.

Appearance
Daytime and Mission wear:
Standing at 6'4" tall, this teen has a lean look to his figure. Long black hair is swept back in that haphazard wind-blown look. A slightly long face had piercing red eyes that stared at the world with a bored expression of having seen it all before. Encasing his body in all black is an elaborate looking tux. Polished shoes with an almost mirror sheen encase his feet, leading up to those black slacks. The coat tails frame his hips, that over coat of the tux displaying a white shirt under it, with a black tie neatly held in place with a clip. On his hands are white gloves that seem to be a part of his suit when dealing with combat. He also has a gold chain clipped to one of his pockets, the pocket watch a golden metal disk, with the elaborate workings inside it allowing him to keep track of time. There is an extra elaborate amount of scroll work on the inside of the pocket watch's lid, revealing to those who can detect such that it is actually a storage location much like what would be on a scroll.
Evening and off duty wear:
A carefully tailored full silk kimono graces this tall teen's form. Slender in build, the kimono's design is curled much like that of the yin yang symbol. It leaves the black dot on the left side, above his heart, the white dot down and to the right of that. wooden sandals lifts him above the debris of the ground, adding another good 2 inches to his already 6'4" height. Solemn red eyes gaze about him, a certain look about them seems to indicate that he's already seen it all before. Black hair is swept back, a low ponytail tracing over the hem at the back of his neck. He also has carefully clipped to the center of the black dot a gold chain that weaves it's way inside the kimono. When pulled, it reveals itself to be attached to a carefully made gold pocket watch.

It's very hard to tell where anyone stands with this teen, although there are obviously some sort of emotional something there. While Ishino would call him friend, if it's receipicated is purely within the mind of the Okumo alone. |

Aoitsuki is a shinobi that seems to be in an easy friendship with Ishino. They work well together in terms of the genjutsu suppliment to her ice usage. Aoitsuki has a certain calming aura about her, generally what some would call an icey demeanor being more of a shinobi mask in Ishino's opinion. |

Definitely a friend of Ishino, in a sort of friend/hate relationship. Would call it a rivalry, but they aren't even that hostile to one another. Ultimately if Fuuta can talk about Fuuta, then Fuuta is happy to be Fuuta and all is good in the world. The previous sentance will probably be really liked by him too. |

One of the seven, like Aoitsuki. She wields the power of the executioner. A very strong woman, she is one that Ishino has looked up to in terms of strength and compassion both. Considering that she use to be married to the ex-wielder and has a child, while still carrying on her duties. She's also been recently put into a position of power within her clan, further highlighting her leadership function. |

A sort of enigma to Ishino. They have gotten together rather well, considering that she is of the more hostile generation of warriors within the village. Ishino doesn't quite understand what exactly her final goal is, but there does seem to be a certain undercurrent of some emotion to her, boiling just under that surface of irritance and just shy of rage. |

Having recently moved out of his parent's home into his own, Masanori was helpful enough to help with part of the move. This has left a general overall good feeling between Ishino and the man of tar. |

It seems that I have some notes I am going to be taking down as a study of my particular engagement of activities while handling the seven swordman blade, Hiramekarai. It took me some solid work on chakra control to finally be able to turn the blade that relies on chakra for it's ability, to not eat the chakra string I use to control it. This infusion of power is something akin to what I have found from Time Keeper's own chakra amplifier system, resulting in an increased capability. Although ultimately it is still a physical weapon. That said, I am happy to control it as I use it to aid Kirigakure. My continuing additions to control for puppets has seen me become one of the stronger people within Kirigakure. I think in part, this is why I was able to obtain the blade. I shall have to maintain that increase in power, so that no one sees fit to try and take it from me. Although any that did, I would have to destroy.

So recently I have come to aid a child with adoption. Specifically it was set up to work with my parents as the one who agreed to it and are actually her parents. However I work with her often so that she is my sister and almost daughter. Of course, she seems facinated in Time Keeper. I've also noticed through keen observation her own capabilities to control the panda she keeps with her. A bear doll that looks to be puppet based. It's a facinating item, something I haven't made myself so I don't know how it works. However I have enough sense to not bother it. Ultimately, it's not mine, it's my new sister's puppet. She has requested that I don't tell others how intelligent she actually is. I don't see any issue with this, so I will follow her request. It would not take that long for others to figure it out, if they were able to observe her. But I also had the ability to put her off guard so I could find out what I did. All in all, an enjoyable situation that I am glad to be a part of.

So it seems that the politics of Kirigakure continue on. I am used by the Mizukage as a tool, the one who wields the blade not much different than the blade to the wielder. I have come into close contact with Okumo Meruin, also one Shirayuki Katsurou. They both bring their own interests to the table, although each man has their own reason, I'm sure. In the end, Sharayuki Katsurou left. He was sent on a mission and vanished. Turned up later in the embrace of Konohagakure. I do have a contact there, I could follow up with. Although initial incursions into the Land of Fire about this subject have proven futile. The first was with Tsiro and I, having to face off against a Uchiha whom had history with Tsiro. While we would of killed her, the resource loss was sufficent we didn't continue our search. The next attempt was part of a merchant caravan that was not following the normal road. Able to book package, I worked to try and get inside. Unfortunately this too was futile as that same Uchiha showed up again. I will begin research in how to beat a Uchiha now.

Experiments are a necessity in any line of work. Tracking what is known and exploring the unknown to define it, give it shape, expand on it until it can be known and used is important. I have had several experiments over the past. Alchemical, mechanical, even biological with interactions of time and the passage it causes. I currently have a few new experiments. One is a biological one with a female. It is a personal nature and as such, will not be written of further in here. There is also a social one based on a trio of genin that I have come to interact with regularly. Finally there is a new chemical compount I work on to increase the lethality of the poison I currently use. It eventually does wear out, when used on a person. I plan to improve this to the point of it taking much longer to wear out, while doing more damage to their body. This is being part of a previous experiment I was able to get some outside research on from a fellow poisoner. I've also studied some of the Okumo's style of adaptation of poison to see if I might add it's ability to my own mechanically created strands. It is all in all a facinating subject that I continue to explore until it's conclusion.
