Background
A young talented genin from Konoha, he is extremely friendly, but very serious about his training to become the greatest ninja in the world. Tatsuyo is quiet and kindhearted…..but ruthless on the battlefield. He likes ramen of all forms and long walks on the beach but dislikes/hates wasting time and boredom brought on by either waiting or having nothing to do.
Born and raised in the lands of fire ,but has little memories of the recent wars. He did however, with the help of his father manage to develop both his elemental style as well as jutsus taught by his parent, veterants of the war. When he finally came of age to enter the ninja academy, tatsuyo wasted no time in doing everything he could to become the best of his class. And by the time he finally left and achieved genin ranking, tatsuyo graduated top of his class in ninjutsu while mastering his own personal C rank level jutsu. It is now with a love for ramen, refined skills, and a kind heart that tatsuyo enters the shinobi world with a goal to one day become a legendary ninja!
Personality
Tatsuyo is an almost a perfect blend of two conflicting personalities that somehow mesh well enough to avoid getting him into too much trouble. Tatsuyo is quiet and kindhearted…..but ruthless on the battlefield. He also can be quite open hearted even to complete strangers; only as long as they don't threaten his comerades and/or family. He likes ramen of all forms and long walks on the beach but dislikes/hates wasting time and boredom brought on by either waiting or having nothing to do.
Appearance
Tatsuyo is a twelve year old boy whose 4'11 and weighs 114lbs. He also has Dark grey eyes, silver spikey haired (OOC: Styled like Cloud Strife from FVII Advent Children), medium build, and light pale skin. Tatsuyo normally wears a sleeveless black tank top, high collar, white loose-fitting jacket, black shorts that drop below the knees, black ninja sandals, and black headband tied around his forhead.
