Background
Kokoro is a Genin of the Hidden Rain. Devoted to her role as a ninja of one of the lesser nations, she sees being a shinobi not just as a duty, but an escape from the abject poverty and starvation that she faced during the Clan Wars. With the implimentation of the One Nation, One Village system, she and many other war ophans who were unable to fight on their own were recruited or volunteered to receive training and become ninja in Amegakure.
Though she is a Genin, Kokoro has seen plenty of fighting already and is quite experienced. She will do many things for her nation, for herself, and for other orphans who still haven't been able to find regular meals and shelter, let alone their purpose in life. A strong advocate of helping such downtrodden individuals, Kokoro is not all charity and niceness. She wishes to guard the Land of Rain against foreign influence, and to help her Village's leader obtain more territory and power… Even if it means taking it from other nations.

Appearance
Kokoro is a teenaged girl with short, blonde hair. Her blue eyes are covered by a pair of bulky goggles, and she has a face plate over the lower half of her face. A form-fitting, practical, armored bodysuit engulfs her upper body. Her pants are likewise tight without being restrictive, and focused solely on protection rather than aesthetics. Her legs have kevlar-like sheathes over them with rubber pads over the knees, and armored shin plates overtop of her boots are inside of cloth wraps with velcro straps and buttons, to avoid clanking or similar. The bottoms of the boots have rubber toes.
She frequently carries an umbrella, a sword, and a variety of small throwing blades wherever she goes.
