Chiaki is quiet that is for sure if she does not need to speak then she probably won't. While she tends to be a perfectionist, often in company she tends to distance herself from everyone. The less anyone knows about you the easier it is to surprise them. Recently she has turned her back on Konoha, in order to make her true home in Kirigakure.

Background

The Mizukiyo family of Konohagakure were a part of the Beast Fist clan from the time their ancestors first stepped foot in the village. Many people avoided them however being suspicious of the fact that they were a part of the Confrontation Beast Fist school. This did not bother the family in the slightest however, as they preferred the solitude. Chiaki was born in a small family with her grandfather, father, and elder brother raising her. Her mother ran away in the night leaving behind only a note stating that she could no longer stand being with Chiaki's father and was going somewhere far away. Chiaki was only an infant at the time and never got the chance to get to know her mother. Things were not easy every day and night Chiaki and her family would train until their minds and bodies were battered. At one time Chiaki had broken an arm, but instead of letting her rest, her grandfather put a crude splint on it and sent her out to spar with her brother.

Chiaki was born able to use the style of the Viper while her brother was able to use the style of the Boar. While Chiaki relied on speed and her cunning her body lacked strength and could not compete with her brother's brute force. Chiaki often practiced with herbs hoping to one day make a poison that would bring her enemies to their knees. For now though the only toxins she has managed to create are somewhat mild in nature, but noticeable nonetheless.

Chiaki attended Konohagakure's Ninja Academy for a couple of years, although she did not make any friends. Chiaki didn't even excel in her school work, purposefully making just enough mistakes so she would not stand out. Of course if Chiaki really tried she could possibly be one of the top students, but that was not for her. Her philosophy was the less anyone knows about you the easier it is to surprise them. While Chiaki did graduate her family was still not impressed, and they probably wouldn't be impressed even if she became Hokage. For giving praise to someone would lower their guard, and the Mizukiyo family must stand strong and firm.

Personality

Chiaki was never one for making friends, not many would understand her somewhat strange and twisted personality. She is not one for joking as she takes many things far too literally, and anytime she does attempt to joke around no one seems to understand her humor. She dislikes sunny days and often wears a somewhat large straw hat to keep it away from her eyes. She prefers to be out and about at night, and enjoys the rain. Her favorite food is anything to do with fish, and she dislikes most fruits. There are times when Chiaki ponders what it would have been like to know her mother. No one would know that, and it is a secret she is willing to take to the grave with her.

Appearance

She is somewhat on the short side only standing about four and a half feet tall. Her auburn hair is long and grungey. It doesn't appear to have been washed for a couple of weeks at least. Her eyes a glossy green and somewhat hard to read. She wears a short black kimono with no patterns that is much too big for her along with a medium length gray skirt. The sleeves of the kimono stretch out almost a foot past where her hands should be. She wears a large straw hat that shields her from the sun's rays. Under the hat one catches a glimpse of a Kirigakure forehead protector wrapped around her hair. A small dark-blue pouch is roped around her waist with a crude twine, and the clanking of glass can be heard as she walks around with it at her side.

Family

Genkai	Grandfather	Chiaki was very close to her Grandfather perhaps not in the traditional way as most children are. Genkai would never go easy on her and would often berate her to show where she needs improvement. She always knew however that this was not meant to discourage her, but to make her work harder.
Suoh	Father	Chiaki was never as close to her father as she was with her grandfather. While he helped Chiaki get to the point she is today he has become distant since Chiaki's mother has left. He found that Chiaki reminded him too much of her mother, and often resorted to drowning his troubles with sake after training with her.
Zentaro	Brother	Chiaki could never stand her brother and her brother couldn't stand her. He was old enough to actually get to know their mother, and blamed Chiaki for her leaving. He would take his frustration out through their sparring which he always won. No matter how hard Chiaki tried her speed was no match for his brawn.

Allies

Tsiro	Ally	He is the one who helped Chiaki convince herself to turn to Kirigakure when she was lost. Chiaki looks up to him in a way, and admires his strength and determination.
Kitaru	Ally?	He helped escort Chiaki to Kirigakure with Tsiro. Chiaki does not know much about him, but figures he is alright.

Entry 1

My brother broke my arm today. I couldn't miss his charge and got slammed right into the wall. The pain was interesting, unlike any I've felt before. It seared like touching a tea kettle when it hasn't cooled and hurt worse with every movement I made with it. I didn't even notice I was on the ground crying until Gen-sama came over and smacked me to snap me out of it. He looked it over and wrapped it between two sturdy sticks. He told me that pain will only hold us back if we let it. Instead of sitting around moping about it one should turn that pain into frustration and let it wrap around you and motivate you. He sent me back out to the spar again, and I think I actually improved a little more than before. It was more difficult to jab at him with the wounded arm, but I found that my senses were heightened from the pain. Dodging his attacks seemed to take less effort than before. The pain itself even seemed to subside the more I tried to use my arm. It didn't go away completely but it got to a level I could tolerate. Of course I still didn't win, but at least I walked away from this with some helpful experience. Gen-sama said my arm should heal up in a few weeks although he doesn't expect me to improve any even with my arm in top shape.
