Mei was a very young girl when the villages grew from the bloodied grounds. Her home were the land of winds. Her wealthy family was always capeable of keeping her sheltered from the war. Mei's mother owns an art gallery in the newly risen Sunagakure. Her father was a ninja. A proud Jonin. Together they lived in their family compound. With Mei's mother teacher her how to control her Kekkei Genkai. Her father taught her about the life of a shinobi. Duty, and loyalty to her village, friends and family. When Mei reached academy age she was dying to get started. Just a normal girl with plenty of friends and decent grades. During her time in the academy, her friend Malik in particular grew quite close. Dreams of a future together as nin fighting side by side being whispered about while they should have been paying attention. They're fond memories.

After their test for geninship, at around the age of fourteen, Mei got switched around with several sensei's. Mainly because the system was still relatively new. And people had to simply be shifted around. However, she was happy she could stay close to Malik. Who she by now had a relationship with. A year later they were still able to support each-other, staying team-mates throughout the turbulence.

Staying true to her family, Mei focussed on developing her earth jutsu to eventually be able to perfect her crystal manipulation.

Before you stands a girl in early blossom, often wearing a velvet red outfit of fine materials. Showing off her priviledged youth. Her hair is often decorated with a simple crystal flower. Of different shapes every day. Her toned body, developed bust, and soft curves along with her feminine, silky brown hair complete the picture of a young, fit nin ready to face the world. With a million Ryu smile and a sense of fashion that treads the line between sexy and efficient beautifully.
