Introduction
A student of the Uchiha Clan Head during the Clan Wars, Fuyu assisted in the conquering of all who stood in the way of her people. A specialist in Genjutsu, she was greatly feared by most of her enemies for her capabilities in this department, even with an incomplete Sharingan.
Uchiha Madara left Konohagakure in protest of Senju Hashiramako being chosen as Hokage, and the Clan Head assigned after him retired from his position. Fuyu was made the new Uchiha Clan Head despite being one of the students closest to the man who wished the Clan Wars to continue. Her task is to lead her Clan to a better and brighter future.
Though it was and still is a matter of public record that she worked directly under one of the most powerful members of the Uchiha Clan to ever be born, even after two years in her position she has not shown any signs of disloyalty to the Village as her sensei did. Further, with numerous instances of putting her life on the line, the good of others ahead of her personal desires, and defending the Hidden Leaf Village even when it came time to confront Madara himself, she is generally trusted not only by her Clan, but also by most of the other people of Konohagakure. Even once-rival Clans have given grudging respect and acknowledgement to Fuyu, accepting she is no enemy of theirs. The Senju are still leery of her — especially those who faced her on the battlefield and survived. However, the Senju way is not hatred, and Fuyu has finally decided to give the Senju way a try. She isn't the woman she used to be. The woman she used to be might not have ever truly existed. But the woman she is in the present knows she's going to have to change in order to survive into the future.
Background
Things others may know ICly: Fuyu is the current Uchiha Clan Head. She was a student and follower of Uchiha Madara. She is renowned for her Genjutsu skill. She won Bracket 4 of the First World Ninja Competition. She is a veteran of the Clan Wars and MAY be recognizable by sight alone, due to her habit of carrying a custom-made War Fan on her back, similar to how Madara did/does.
Fuyu grew up during the Clan Wars. She had no siblings, and her parents were eventually killed in combat. Fuyu has known almost nothing other than combat. She was one of many to receive lessons from the Uchiha Clan's leader. Most were only trained so that they would survive longer and be able to do more damage to the enemy before they eventually died. She had accepted this as her fate. But the Uchiha Clan Head seemed — at least in her mind — to have some special interest in her… Perhaps he saw her as a younger sister. Maybe he saw her as a potential romantic interest once she was a bit older. For her part, Fuyu did not know for certain how her sensei felt about her, or how she felt about him. On the one hand, he was like a surrogate father. On the other she was undeniably attracted to him — or at least his power. She did not know what her sensei and his brother had to do to obtain their power, but she knew it had not been pleasant. Still, her teacher was an incredible fighter and an incredible leader, and the fact he took out time to teach her left a huge impression on her.
Before she could truly come into her own as an Uchiha warrior-woman, and realize her full potential, the Clan Wars were over. She was 23. She had fought her hardest against the Senju, and assisted in conquering various other Clans. With the Clan Head's leadership, the Uchiha had defeated all they came across. But then Hashiramako approached her sensei with a request for… Peace. Of all the things that could have been asked for, this was the most unexpected. Fuyu would have laughed in the other woman's face if it had been her who had been asked. But it wasn't her, and the rest of the Clan was tired of war. They wanted peace. And so, against Fuyu's advice, her sensei accepted. Fuyu would have been content to wait and plot with her beloved sensei, but then the unthinkable happened.
Following Hashiramako becoming Hokage against the wishes of the Uchiha, the Clan Head tried to inspire his people to rise up and deny this position to the Senju's greatest fighter. Fuyu would have gladly thrown herself into a suicide attack if ordered to. But instead the Uchiha turned on their own leader. Fuyu was devastated when her teacher wound up leaving the Village. Eventually she was chosen to replace him as Clan Head, despite being one of the exiled Uchiha's favored students. If the others had known how much like her sensei that Fuyu was, they would not have chosen her. But they didn't know then, and don't know now. So she has been working to undermine the Senju secretly, WITHOUT destabilizing Konohagakure in the process, having realized that her war-weary Clan would be unwilling to support her if she were to threaten to break the first peace that the Uchiha had known in decades.
Personality
Strengths:
Fuyu is loyal to her Clan. Despite not agreeing with the decision of the Uchiha to make peace with the Senju, or to make Hashiramako the Hokage, Fuyu is willing to sacrifice her personal desires for the moment in order to safeguard the Uchiha against what she sees as inevitable treachery on the part of the Senju. Fuyu is confident in her abilities, and a skilled strategist. However, she is always willing to study new methods of getting things done, especially if it is more efficient, more creative, or more likely to succeed. Thus, those who have more strategic skill than herself will be listened to if they offer advice… Though she may choose not to follow such advice if she feels it could potentially be too messy. Fuyu appreciates the potential of the younger generations, and unless they are a Senju, she will attempt to help any children she encounters with their dreams and help them to become stronger.
Weaknesses:
Fuyu's weaknesses are that she covets personal power, she hates the Senju, and she is arrogant in the extreme. Fuyu is already the leader of the Uchiha Clan, and yet she still wants more power and control over others. She has a very dominating personality, and never truly accepts anyone in a position over her. Despite the Uchiha having allied with the Senju to form Konohagakure — along with the other Clans they had conquered — she is exceptionally unhappy with not being able to keep on fighting. She has been fighting her entire life, and knows very little else. She is one of the few who supported the previous Clan Head, the one whom wished to continue the Clan Wars. If it were up to her, she would have continued warring against the Senju until the other Clan ceased to exist. In some ways she is very weak. She is too weak to be able to accept the changing times and world, too weak to embrace the Senju as allies after decades of hatred, and too weak to accept that all the battles that had been fought may have been for nothing. Fuyu has lost many friends and family members during the war, and for that alone she is trying to change her world-view… But the deaths at the hands of the Senju weigh heavily on Fuyu's mind and soul.
Her overconfidence and exceptional opinion of her own capabilities prevent her from truly accepting peace… Not even when it is what her people demand. She fears that by accepting a Senju as the Hokage it is only a matter of time before the Uchiha are relegated to servants, placed in the shadow of their old enemies, and perhaps even destroyed utterly through a combination of conspiracy and complacency. She treats MOST others with irreverence and disrespect, even those who may have greater strength. Only by showing good judgement, wisdom, and loyalty to one's allies, can one truly gain her respect. Those who expect to be treated with respect simply due to some official rank or special skill will be due for disappointment, which can lead to bad feelings between Fuyu and others.
Likes:
Fuyu likes being treated as she believes she should be treated — as the superior of non-Uchiha. Fuyu thrills at any increase in power, and delights in seeing her rivals turn down dark paths because they believe it is 'necessary'. She believes whole-heartedly in her sensei's view that it is the destiny of the Uchiha Clan to seek revenge. Fuyu's hobby is trophy-hunting. Her favorite food is anything sweet. Her favorite word is "loyalty".
Dislikes:
Fuyu, as has been noted, hates the Senju above all else. Fuyu despises those who would devalue her struggles, and her sacrifices during the Clan Wars, even if it is only indirectly — such as by attempting to establish peace. She is presently restraining herself and not lashing out openly at such people, but she won't go out of her way to help such either. She dislikes anything too salty, and her least favorite phrase is "world peace".
Relationships
NOTE: Clan feelings and relationships are still being updated. The current ones are outdated.
- Uchiha: Fuyu feels very attached to the Uchiha Clan, desiring to help them claim the glory that she feels they deserve. She harbors some resentment towards her Clan concerning what she views as a betrayal of her mentor, but at the same time she can understand their desire to take a break from killing and being killed. The human mind can only handle so much horror after all.
- Senju: The Senju are hated with a vengeance, and she wants nothing to do with them unless it involves killing them. Still, she is willing to pretend to be civil and engage in diplomatic discussions with them… At least for now.
- Inuzuka: The Inuzuka are recognized as useful by Fuyu due to their versatility, and the fact that every Inuzuka member comes with a canine companion that will aid his or her partner. Because of the different skills possible for each pair, and the different focuses they may have (Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Endurance, Speed, etc.), it is important to examine the records/files on each Inuzuka and his or her dog, in order to make sure the right skillset is being chosen. This may be more involved than simply choosing a member from a different Clan, because unlike other Clans the Inuzuka are not locked into a single "niche". However, in general, Fuyu would rather spend that extra time and know precisely what she is getting, than to either go without the Inuzuka or choose one at random and find out later that he or she is not suited to the task.
- Aburame: Fuyu understands the value of discrete information gathering, subtlety, and fighting intelligently. The Aburame are suited to all of these things. However, even though they may be useful, that does not mean that Fuyu is not repulsed by this Clan's membership. The idea of allowing insects to live inside of one's body just makes Fuyu want to gag. Still, the needs of the Village and the Uchiha come before her personal likes and dislikes, and the Aburame are not generally prone to being hostile towards the Uchiha. With these two things in mind, Fuyu is willing to work with the Aburame in whatever way is required.
- Akimichi: Strong, but not equipped for finesse. Useful when it comes time to utterly demolish an enemy or location, but Fuyu prefers efficiency and surgical strikes rather than lots of collateral damage. They are not very easy on the eyes either. All in all, while Fuyu will make use of them when necessary, she rarely finds interaction with Akimichi to be necessary.
- Hyuuga: Arrogant, pretentious, and they believe there is some silly rivalry between the Hyuuga and Uchiha. Further, they have even claimed that the Sharingan is somehow derived from the Byakugan. Fuyu finds this to be complete nonsense, and the beliefs of the Hyuuga are generally dismissed as absurd. She rarely shows her disregard for the Hyuuga Clan openly, instead settling for calm and polite indifference. All in all, she will use the Hyuuga when a Sensor-nin is necessary, but she would much rather use an Uchiha with Sharingan if one is available.
- Nara: Other than the Uchiha, the Nara are perhaps the Clan that Fuyu respects and appreciates the most. While younger or inexperienced Nara may not be able to apply their Hidenjutsu to direct combat as easily as a more experienced Nara might, the capacity of most Nara to make the most of what they have is an extremely useful trait. If given a choice between two Chuunin, one of whom has exceptional combat prowess, and the second of whom is a Nara with few Jutsu of his or her own, Fuyu will almost always choose the Nara.
- Yamanaka: The Yamanaka are gifted at espionage, and the ability to take over an enemy's body right in the middle of an enemy base or anywhere else is a major boon to infiltration, sabotage, and reconnaisance. Fuyu tends to make use of the Yamanaka's skills in a very precise manner when she has one or more of their numbers under her command. They are also nicer to look at than Akimichi. Not that that matters when it comes to combat potential, but in social situations it is more pleasant.
- Satonezu: Fuyu is not quite sure what to make of this Clan. The requirement of being in a group to fight at full potential limits their usefulness in her eyes, and the possibility of a Satonezu running away instead of fighting pretty much ensures she will avoid relying on these ninja for anything important. As far as she knows, they are cowards that the Hokage has decided should be included in the forces of Konohagakure. Yet another bad decision on Hashiramako's part, and more evidence of why she should not be in charge.

Abilities
Strengths (Overview)
- Leadership: Fuyu is a charismatic leader who can motivate people to attempt things they would never have believed possible. She feels that dreams can be made reality with enough hard work… Though a liberal dose of natural talent certainly helps as well. To this end, her oratory skills are used to influence and encourage others to try their hardest to succeed.
- Map Making: Fuyu is knowledgeable concerning map-making and land navigation. She initially picked up these skills during the Clan Wars so as to know where the enemy would be located, how to get to them efficiently without losing the element of surprise, and similar. However, now that the Wars are over, she is using her skills for other purposes. For instance, she is leading survey teams to map out the Land of Fire, thanks to the many changes to the terrain that were wrought during the Wars. Most maps from before are no longer accurate, and many towns and small villages were wiped out. Knowing where allies are located, in order to send aid to those still suffering and establish trade routes with those recovering, is a task that Fuyu is well-equipped for.
- Tactical Knowledge (Clans): The various skills of the other Clans of Konohagakure are taken into consideration whenever Fuyu incorporates members from those Clans into her plans or missions. She may not be able to use the Hidenjutsu or unique specialties of a given Clan PERSONALLY, but she has almost as much tactical knowledge concerning those skills as the Clans who DO use them.
- Training and Teaching: Fuyu is skilled at training others, and can bring out potential in a given individual that might have gone untapped without her guidance.
- Genjutsu: Fuyu was feared by many of her opponents for her Genjutsu skills during the Clan Wars. She is able to cause a given target to experience pain as though injured with such realism that it is almost impossible to distinguish between illusion and actual wounds. With the addition of the Sharingan's inherent hypnotic powers to her arsenal, she is even more formidable.
- Ninjutsu: Fuyu is naturally gifted with Fire Release techniques, and has trained to be able to perform Wind Release techniques as well. She is not presently interested in attempting to master the use of any additional Elemental Chakra Natures. She is able to use Acceleration Ninjutsu as well, which enables her to swiftly and precisely attack and defend against enemies.
- Shadow Clones: Fuyu is able to use the Shadow Clone technique with amazing proficiency, even to the extent that she can create "Shadow Clones" of subjects other than herself. One of her most devastating Ninjutsu permits her to create nearly two-dozen perfect duplicate fireballs from a single casting of the Great Fireball Technique.
- Sharingan (Matured): Fuyu has completed the growth of her Sharingan to its 3-tomoe stage. It now affords her enormous proficiency with speed-based Ninjutsu, such as Body Flicker Technique, and some Taijutsu, such as Hyper Speed Blink Dodge. It also magnifies the potency of her personal specialty: Genjutsu. With enhanced perception, on top of the other capabilities of the Sharingan, Fuyu is difficult to surprise or evade and a force to be reckoned with.
- Taijutsu (Weapons): Fuyu has spent time improving her Taijutsu skills, and she is a moderately skilled weapon-user. She is able to wield the basic ninja weapons adeptly, as well as either a sword or her preferred combat tool: A custom-made War Fan.
- Chakra (Spirit): Fuyu has potent Chakra, originally derived from the intensity of her hatred for the Senju. However, she has abandoned that sentiment with the aid of her experiences, the people she has met, and having her life saved by a certain Senju girl for the same values that Fuyu herself respects most. Her Chakra is no less potent, but she presently lacks any sort of "catalyst" to trigger the temporary raised Chakra state that many know her for. Fuyu's natural elemental affinity is for the Fire Chakra Nature, just like other Uchiha, though she has developed control over the Wind Chakra Nature as well.
- Mentally: Though quite intelligent, Fuyu is not a "mental genius", per se. She has to work to achieve things, the same as anyone else. She just has the aid of not being stupid to accomplish her goals. However, one thing she clearly IS a "genius" at is the subject of other people. She knows how to measure and quantify abstract qualities of individuals or groups, to detect the slight hints of emotion or tell-tale body language that can betray a secret, and she seems to be able to intuitively say the exact right thing in the exact right way to "fire up" an audience — whether that be one person, two people, or a hundred. Manipulating others, for better or for worse, is simply a gift. Ironically, however, she seems to have been held back for a very long time by her lack of understanding of her OWN motivations and feelings. Now that she has a better grasp on her thoughts and desires, and has set a goal for herself, she seems to be making incredible strides as both a ninja and a human being.
- Physically: Fuyu is very physically fast, agile, and accurate with her attacks. She is dextrous with her hands and feet, able to perform various forms of precision work with ease. Her senses as they pertain to her body's ability to detect things in her environment are all top-notch, and her physical stamina and ability to endure significantly grievous wounds are both at the highest possible level of human potential.
- Placid Demeanor: Fuyu was once a very angry individual, even when circumstances were relatively calm and peaceful. The manifestation of a noticeable and nearly palpable rage that was expressed in every word and action is now absent. She comes across as far more subdued these days, but not necessarily "cool" or "aloof". This is especially true in social situations, where she has no cause to become overly emotional. During battle, she may seem more "controlled" or "calculating". What all this means to most is that she is far easier to get along with and is not nearly as frightening to others as she once was. This helps with just about any interaction that is NOT combat-oriented.
Weaknesses (Overview)
- Genjutsu (Variety): Fuyu could use some more variety with her Genjutsu techniques. At present, her focus is primarily offense. Illusionary wounds, disorienting or manipulating the perceptions of others to give herself a combat advantage, or even assaults upon a target's very psyche with physical or emotional torture. Defensive Genjutsu are lacking, and utility Genjutsu of some kind would be very helpful.
- Ninjutsu: Her focus on Fire Release leaves her vulnerable to Water Release Jutsu, though her Thermal Release techniques mitigate that to a certain degree. However, Thermal Release is based in the addition of Wind Ninjutsu to Fire Ninjutsu, and her Wind Ninjutsu repetoire is notably not extensive or well-developed.
- Taijutsu: Normal Taijutsu is not a specialty of Fuyu's. Though she may wield a weapon, her actual proficiency in hand-to-hand combat is severely hindered by her lesser strength than others who might use Taijutsu. Even her weapon use is fairly limited, and the most advanced Kenjutsu she possesses were copied from those better at using them than she is.
- Mentally: Fuyu has excellent self-control, but she is a very angry and bitter individual and psychological warfare by opponents who know her past and true feelings may be a weakness.
- Physically: Fuyu has physical strength below an average Chuunin's.
- Overall Power: She received her position as Uchiha Clan Head after the original Clan Head left the Village and then the new Clan Head retired, and also because most other candidates were killed in the fighting, rather than because she possesses awesome power. There are other Uchiha further along than her in the development of their skills.
- Hostility: As noted above, under Ability Strengths, Fuyu emanates an aura of anger almost constantly. However, while this may be useful for intimidating some, others may treat it as hostility or threatening behavior and react appropriately. Diplomacy is not Fuyu's strong point.

Lesser Fireball Technique (Fire Ninjutsu; D-Rank; Attack) - N/A : Uchiha Madara A precursor to the Great Fireball Technique, this is a simpler skill where the user creates a small gout of flame, or a ball, or a large ball of fire to spit at his or her opponent. Fuyu copied this technique during training with Madara, back when she was still pre-Chuunin level.
Hyper-Speed Chain Kill (Weapon Taijutsu; B-Rank; Attack) - September 20th, 2010 : Serin "This Kenjutsu requires absolute focus and total awareness of where every enemy is that one intends to attack. Then Fuyu uses her great speed to flicker in and out of sight repeatedly, appearing next to each enemy, executing a sword attack that is almost invisible, and then moving on to the next target. To opponents with keenly trained or special senses, they can see this, and attempt to dodge. To anyone else, it is as though Fuyu was standing before them and then standing somewhere else in the same second. Then the damage inflicted from each successful slash becomes apparent to the victims. Stationary targets are the ones who often die to this attack. The slightest shift or movement can be enough to save one's life when faced with this technique." Fuyu copied this technique from Serin when trying to stop him from leaving Konohagakure. One of her Shadow Clones was cut in half by the attack without any time to react. Luckily, her real self was watching with Sharingan, even if she could not intervene in time. Thousand Years of Death: Juuken Style (Taijutsu; E-Rank; Attack) - October 26th, 2010 : Hyuuga Kuki "This is a very simple jutsu with an overly-dramatized name. All the user does is forcefully plunge their index and middle fingers into their opponent's rectum, usually causing severe constipation and embarrassment, among other things. The technique is similar to a childish prank known as a kancho." Fuyu was subjected to this humiliating attack by Kukiko during the First World Ninja Competition. It was a "Juuken Style" version, and thus shut down her Chakra Network from the waist down. She copied it, but will not be able to duplicate the Juuken aspect. Wind Cutter (Ninjutsu; C-Rank; Attack) - November 19th, 2010 : Uchiha Tessen "This attack takes the very winds and makes them into a lethal weapon. By adding wind into the user's Chakra, it allows for this technique to form several sickle-like Chakra blades within a gust of wind that tears through almost anything it comes across. Also by it being wind, it can be focused to one particular target or fanned out to hit several opponents at once." Fuyu copied this technique mid-battle against Tessen during the First World Ninja Competition. It failed to touch her, and likewise failed to touch Tessen when she used it against him. Special Ability: Mangekyou Sharingan Unique Power - Triple Susano'o
Fuyu possesses a special ability unique to her pair of Mangekyou Sharingan. She is able to manifest three distinctly different versions of Susano'o, each a massive construct of solidified Chakra so dense that they can be seen with even normal eyes, and each possessing abilities unique to them. She can even manifest all three at once, but this is an enormous strain on her and upon her eyes due to one of the three Legendary Powers of the Mangekyou Sharingan essentially inflicting triple the strain as it normally would for just one.
Primary Susano'o
The primary Susano'o appears as a skeletonized angel or grim reaper-like figure upon a gigantic skeletal horse. The reaper has four arms, with two typically crossed over its chest when not in-use while the other two remains available to wield an enormous scythe. Two pairs of titanic wings allow the Susano'o to generate winds that dwarf all but the greatest of natural storms and far out-match winds produced through conventional Ninjutsu. However, the wings also have an additional power beyond simply the wind they produce by flapping.
- Demon Wings - The more demonic-looking pair of wings can be used to blow out a wave of the inextinguishable black flame, "Amaterasu", that can sweep uncontrollably over everything in front of the Primary Susano'o. This can create a veritable "sea of fire", especially when used in an environment rife with flammable material, such as dry brush, etc.
- Angel Wings - The more angellic-looking pair of wings can be used to negate any Fire Release and may disrupt some Wind Release techniques used against Susano'o or Fuyu. The wings beat and they suck away all oxygen from the the area they affect, essentially extinguishing almost any form of fire there is aside from some chemical weapons or other exotic attacks. Amaterasu can be diminished in size but it takes multiple applications of the Angel Wings to fully put out Amaterasu.
The Primary Susano'o also has its spirit-weapon: the Grand Scythe.
- Grand Scythe - This weapon is so dense that it appears to be made of matter instead of solidified Chakra. Due to its enormous weight and solidity, it can smash through nearly any solid barrier and can even tear asunder the planet's surface where it strikes. The scythe can also be coated in the black flames of Amaterasu in order to use Fuyu's ultimate technique, "Daybreak Reaper" (aka "Akatsuki Karite"). By swinging the scythe, the Primary Susano'o can hurl a wave of "directed Amaterasu" a phenomenal distance — enough to set the horizon ablaze with a wall of black fire. This means that the Primary Susano'o can essentially be used to attack an entire army, a city, or anything else visible upon the horizon, even from hundreds of miles away.
The Susano'o has a second set of arms that can be employed to help Fuyu weave hand seals. This essentially allows her to perform "one-person collaboration techniques", achieving enormously powerful Ninjutsu that would ordinarily require two or more people to cast.
The final ability of the Primary Susano'o is the horse it appears to be riding: the Pale Horse.
- Pale Horse - This mount actually composes the lower-half of the Primary Susano'o's body. It can breathe out ghostly Chakra flames that can erase the Chakra from those it touches, temporarily rendering their Chakra reserves completely depleted. The mount also negates the normal vulnerability of one using Susano'o that the ground he or she stands upon can be used against him or her. Fuyu instead "floats" in the centre of the Primary Susano'o, with the Pale Horse standing on the ground in a very stable fashion thanks to its four legs. It is also heavy enough that its hoof stomps can shatter the terrain as severely as an earthquake.
Secondary Susano'o
The Secondary Susano'o appears to be a great, armored beast. With boney ridges up its back, and a sturdy, stocky built, the towering monster can use the "bone-metal" horn on its head to smash through the tallest building or impale an entire mountain. The Secondary Susano'o possesses regenerative powers that allow it to repair its durable body if it happens to take any damage by breaking down matter in the environment into pure energy and then turning that energy into Chakra. Only non-living matter is suitable for this process. The Secondary Susano'o is the close-range attacker of the pair of "Susano'o Beasts", and its self-healing defense means it excels at taking physical hits for the Primary Susano'o when they are active at the same time.
Tertiary Susano'o
The Tertiary Susano'o looks similar to the Secondary Susano'o, but the boney ridges come up over its bulky, highly-muscular chest, and its horn is much smaller. Its head is shaped differently as well, with a yawning, cavernous mouth. It has the ability to "inhale" most Chakra-using Ninjutsu and then store them inside. When enough Ninjutsu have been inhaled, the Tertiary Susano'o can then expel them all at once in an enormous beam of raw Chakra with destructive power matching a nuclear blast. The Tertiary Susano'o is the long-range attacker of the pair of "Susano'o Beasts", with its defenses geared towards defeating projectiles from opponents before they can reach the Primary Susano'o when they are active at the same time.
