Background
Utatori Hanako is one of the famous Utatori Twins, a pair of singers who travelled the world on the back of their music. They were born in Kumogakure, and distantly related to the Yamayuki clan. Both of the twins showed an aptitude for Sound Manipulation early in life, and mastered several sound based techniques in their student and Genin years. However, before they could be promoted to Chuunin, the twins took a change in life-direction, leaving Kumogakure and travelling the world as performers. After producing several hit songs and a couple of years on the road, the twins returned to Kumogakure and, seeing its plight, decided to stay to help the military and lift morale.
Personality
Hanako is fun loving and cheeky. She loves attention and usually quite enjoys it when the media and press follow her around. Although she's normally quite outgoing, she does have her occasional introverted moments, but often feels obliged to let people into her quiet times because she's such a public figure. Hanako is very creative, loving to speak (or sing) encouraging words that help people through difficult times. She loves writing songs about her life experiences, and some of her most introverted times are when she's trying to put hard emotions into words. Hanako enjoys playful teasing, whether she is doing the teasing or being teased, and thinks life would be a lot easier if we all stopped letting our relationships get so complicated.
Appearance
Hanako is a short girl who appears to be in her early teens. She has short blonde hair with a high ponytail on the right hand side. She has blue eyes, the colour made more spectacular by the contrast with her tanned skin. She wears the forehead protector of Kumogakure around her neck on a long piece of black cloth which dangles down in front of her yellow boob tube. Underneath the boob tube the girl is wearing a sleeveless fishnet shirt. A black skirt and a pair of knee-high heels completes the outfit. A small leather ninja pouch bearing the symbol of Kumogakure hangs over her rear from a leather cord around her waist.
