Jun is a somewhat hyperactive boy with a big heart and even bigger ambitions. Even though he is often misunderstood, it is his ambition to show up everyone who laughs at him one day by becoming the best shinobi in the village.

Background
Jun is a boy from humble beginnings, having lost his mother and father to combat during the first shaky years after the formation of the hidden villages. His caretaker from the age of two has been an old man of the village who has no other family to call his own, and so he took the young Uzumaki into his small apartment and raised him as a son.
Although Jun has some feelings of attachment toward the old man, his impulsive personality and rebellious nature have been the cause of much strife between them, and he often speaks of his caretaker with a tone of obstinance and defiance.
Jun enrolled in the Ninja Academy at age 7, making it almost four years that he has been training there with the goal of becoming the most talented shinobi in the village - even if he's not very good at the ninja arts. His best qualities are his outstanding stamina, the gift of his bloodline, and the physical strength that he has worked hard to muster. After all, it doesn't take book smarts to become strong.
Jun is currently working towards his graduation from the Academy and reaching the first real milestone on his shinobi journey - becoming a Genin.
Personality
Jun's personality tends to run on the heated side, making words like hyperactive, gung-ho, and over-zealous easily define him. He certainly has no lack of passion for life, but even though he puts on a confident and cocky face in front of those who mock him, inside he is really sensitive to the judgments of others. This sensitivity is perhaps what drives him to be so strong-willed in his endeavors, helping him to find the strength to succeed at any cost.
Jun also has a soft spot for others like him, who have seen the face of scorn, neglect, hatred, and loss. Despite his outwardly defiant and self-centered attitude, his big heart often wins him over in these situations, and it is then that his compassionate side plainly comes into view.
Besides working hard on his training in secret, Jun absolutely loves to visit the hot springs, and when he is not at the Ramen House enjoying his favorite food of all time, he can often be found there enjoying a hot bath.
Appearance
Jun is a youthful boy with fiery blue eyes and wayward, golden blonde hair. His build is lean and well muscled for his age, though one wouldn't be able to tell due to his tendency to comfortable, loose fitting clothing. He is of average height, with a few growth spurts yet to come, although some of his above-average peers might be prone to tease at his shortness.
Jun's clothing is, if not always practical, always comfortable. He doesn't like to wear shirts with tight, close fitting collars, or anything that constricts his movement. He can usually be seen sporting a loose t-shirt and a pair of baggy shorts in the warmer months, with the addition of a zippered hoodie when the weather starts cooling down. His shoes are standard shinobi boots, blue.
