Uzumaki Sayaka is a survivor of the Beast of Blood's first strike, upon the city that joined the Land of Whirlpools and Land of Waves. Scarred physically and emotionally, she seeks vengeance upon the mysterious masked man responsible.

Uzumaki Sayaka is from the Land of Whirlpools. She was living in the city that once lay upon the land bridge between the Land of Whirlpools and Land of Waves, with her family. She was normal for her age. A young woman, whose life was fishing, harvesting rice, and so on. Though she was of the Uzumaki Clan, she and her family were not ninja. Then one day, the sky turned black, it began to rain blood, and a dark monster bigger than anything Sayaka had ever seen descended and destroyed the city, the land bridge, and ended many lives. Some suspected it might have been the Nine-Tailed Fox. Thus far, no one has found out yet what exactly it was.

In the cataclysmic event, the inferno the city's ruins became, the madness of shadows given malicious life, and the horrors that came with the Beast of Blood reaching out and touching the mortal world, Sayaka lost her right arm, her left eye, and everyone she knew. She was eventually rescued by some of the Uzumaki Clan who came to help with clean-up and emergency services, but her arm and eye were unrepairable. More than just physical scars were left upon her, however.

She had seen a figure — a silhouette in the red-black miasma of raw evil given form. A towering man in a mask with a question mark emblazoned upon it. He was the only one who stood untouched. She wasn't sure if he was even real, but she somehow felt that he must have been responsible. It was almost like the monster told her that itself.

Sayaka has spent the years since then training herself in the ways of the sword. She has learned how to harness the power of Chakra, strengthened herself until she overcame her handicaps, and even made these handicaps into tools to serve her in her pursuit of that masked man… He destroyed everything, killed everyone. If he exists, if this monster exists, they both must be made to pay. Sayaka will not stop seeking vengeance — retribution. Not for anything or anyone.

Appearance

Sayaka is about 5'3" tall, weighs 99 lbs, and has long red hair that often is held up in a ponytail. Though she is very light-weight, she is not scrawny, possessing fitness and strength that equals most ninja. Her left eye is scarred over, and she is missing her right arm, but she seems to move with complete confidence in herself and her abilities. On top of all this, she is rather curvaceous for a lean, mean, fighting machine — at least in places.

The Masked Man	Mortal Enemy	Sayaka doesn't know who he is, exactly, but she saw his mask and his robes. He is responsible for the destruction of her home and the death of everyone she cared about, on top of the loss of her arm and eye. She lives solely to destroy the man with the question-mark mask.
