Well-known throughout the ninja world, and a legend in the Land of Lightning. Trained the First Raikage personally, and united the various Clans and peoples of the Land of Lightning during the Clan Wars. Would have been Raikage himself if he had not been killed by the infamous trio of villains — the Dead Brothers. Yet, he is apparently still alive after all, and has been in hiding in Kusagakure. What are the odds?
Background
Appearance
Raiga is a dark-skinned man who stands over seven feet tall, and he appears to be comprised almost entirely of muscles. His head has spikey white hair in a sort of "crest" or "wave" that sweeps back from his receding hairline. He appears to be in his 50s judging by his lined and worn face, but despite his age he is more physically powerful than a dozen younger men. White eyebrows lie over steel-grey eyes. Wrinkles and lines lie about his eyes, but the fiery gaze he exhibits demonstrates that he would not take kindly to being treated as an elderly man. He is a veteran. Upon his upper lip is a bushy white moustache, and trimmed white beard grows around his chin and jaw in a semi-circle.
Raiga's neck is thick, with cords of muscle standing out from it at any given time. On his left shoulder is tattooed a column of three horizontal black bars — one at the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom — inside a black circle. Horrific scars mar Raiga's otherwise impressive physique across his chest, directly over his heart. Muscular arms and torso increase Raiga's width to be equal to two lesser men standing side by side. His fists are large and powerful-looking. His legs are thick with muscle as well, though Raiga's lower body is not QUITE as well-built as his upper-body.
Raiga wears bandages wrapped about his abdomen, with one bandage looping over his right shoulder, and another single bandage wrapped around his pectorals. Black fingerless gloves with metal spikes on the knuckles adorn his hands, and brown leather pants with white fur trim about the ankles and waist, seemingly taken from an arctic fox, cover his legs. Simple grey-dyed leather boots with white fur trim about the edges protect his feet.
