"Animal Warfare"
Land of Lightning
It was actually a good thing that Kimura and Seer were able to tag along in this mission. Likely because this mission was rather focused around animals. That's right. They will be helping root out the most criminal of organized crime that has ever stepped foot in the Land of Lightning - Illegal Animal Trading! That is right, there are actually bandits who like picking up exotic animals. So… What would be the three best animals that would be perfect in a far-off Daimyo's showcase. A clean looking goat that can talk. A pure black fox that can talk. A white snake that can talk. Truly the best of Kumogakure's animal populace has been selected for the job.
That job? to be exotic looking animals in an area of high poaching. Then, as soon as shinobi attempt to capture them, Ryouji and Sakuya would join in for combat if the animals hadn't already wrecked the bandits themselves. Though, wouldn't it be interesting if the animals were taken to the bandit's hideout for a rather glorious anti-poaching sting?
First thing is first. The animals, summoned and not, would have to be settled in a few traps that had been set up for them. Then, a rather happy bunch of bandits would appear. there, they could be taken into custody or more.
The last time Sakuya was parted from Zuzu, she was a hostage. She had issues with the entire 'Zuzu leaving her side' thing, but this would be the perfect time to show everyone that she wasn't useless without her snake giving her advice… Meanwhile, Zuzu would likely have gotten himself 'oops' caught in a nearby cage. Kimura and Seer could do the same if they wanted, of course. Not every summoned animal is comfortable in cages. "In position… It rather looks silly, though. I could easily fit through these bars."
Kimura sighs faintly. She wasn't entirely happy that she had to pretend to be captured, after all. And Michiko wasn't at her side, which made the fox irritated on a whole other level. And then to be working with Seer and Zuzu was just interesting. "I'm /not/ putting a paw near those things that like to chomp body parts off," she says immediately. "But how the heck are we supposed to make Seer look like he got stuck in a trap? One of those things that suddenly snap him into the air? Isn't he a bit heavy for that?" Amber eyes look from Seer to Zuzu, and the fox sighs. "This mission…" she grumbles, poking the cage meant for her with a paw.
Seer rolls his amber colored eyes from inside his cage. The things that he does for Hiei. He was highly irritated and couldn't believe that he had been talked into playing the role of some mundane goat. However, since Hiei saved his villgage, he owed the man and so here he is. "How embarassing. No, no Kimura. I fit just fine. I'm around the same size as my friend Sasuke." He snorts. "Nevermind the fact that these bars couldn't hold me. How are you holding up, Zuzu?"
Zuzu would flick his tongue idly, wondering what sort of comment he made that caused him to receive the punishment of not having human legs to take him wherever he wanted. "Seer was it? I'm -dandy-. As I'm sure you are feeling right now." As for Kimura, well… "Let's be honest, will the people who drag us back to their hideout -truly- be smart enough to realize this is one rather… strangely curious and elaborate plan concocted by Kumogakure? Of course not. They'll take one look at you, Seer, laugh at you a few times and drag everyone back to their hideout. Then, mission start…" Likely all three can hear the rustling of brush off in the distance.
A few moments later, would a man in a really, really stereotypical chinese-esque hat would suddenly come out. Alone… "Ooooh! Look at this!" He looks at Kimura. "Your pelt will make a -wonderful- penny at the market…" He looks at Zuzu, "My mother wished for a purse for her birthday! Excellent!" Then a look at Seer. "Ah… Well, you don't look too exciting… I think I'll just let you go…" Guess they could destroy a single man, or follow it to the source. Seer needed to do something to stand out from the other animals though… else he was going to be let go. Awkward.

Kimura's ears twitch a bit. "Okay, shush." Then she hops into her cage right before someone comes along. The fox can hardly comment on anything now, Amber eyes glaring at the man. The fox can't help but circle the cage as much as she can before just settling down with a faint grumble. 'This sucks' she thinks as she awaits for them to be led off. Maybe Seer should speak and he'd be sold to a circus in the not-too-far future.
COMBAT: Kimura focuses 3413 stamina to turn it into 4000 usable chakra!
Seer watches as the man walks around his animal friends and finds good reasons to keep them. Then he reaches him and talks about letting him go? The nerve of that hairless ape. Seer grumbles to himself and then stamps his hoof on the ground, causing a rock to fly and hit the man in butt. He bleats loudly and then stares at him, as if daring him to let him out of this cage.
Zuzu will be able to hiss at the man. To not only act like a legitimate rare and caged animal but because he was never a people person. Oh yes, and he would coil. Try to make himself look larger because he certainly can't just fit through the small openings that are present in the cage. Oh no. c.c;
The rock was enough to push the strange foreigner to his hands and knees. "Ayaaah! It's a bad omen goat!?" You can't eat bad omen goats! Still, it was clear that he was a lacky and not actually anyone of importance in the animal fur-trade. He supposes he would just take the goat before any more terrible omens befall him. Truly, his greatest reservation behind not dragging Seer for a good goat stew was that… Seer was far heavier than the other smaller animals. It meant more effort. One by one he would take the animals to the carts. First, the snake. With care. Very, very careful. Right onto the cart! Settling Zuzu down he would head over to Kimura. He was not so careful with Kimura. In fact, he might have actually reached in to pet the wild fox. Which, honestly, is the reason he is merely a lackey. Seer? Seer was a different story. He would slowly pull Seer with great effort (Certainly not a strong one) over to the cart… Then with grunting, he would place seer onto said cart. Now, dusting his hands off, he looked at his catch with great pride. "I've never eaten goat stew… I wonder if it tastes like cow." … A few moments later the individual would begin dragging the cart of animals towards the bandit camp.
Zuzu would try to ease everyone' fears… Using genjutsu, he would individually contact each individual. «Everything went according to plan. Exssssellent. Now we merely need to rough up a few individual. A simple act… I don't suppose anyone here has opposable thumbs for trying everyone up in ropes?» As he said this, the hooting and hollering of dirty poachers could be heard in the distance.
Kimura would bite at the man's hand, though not fast enough to tip off she was a summon. Once in the cart, she would glance over to Zuzu and give him a look. "Isn't that what your partner is for?" she asks in a low voice.
Seer replies back to Zuzu using his own genjutsu skills. ~Goat stew. I'm gonna melt his freaking brain first when it's time to get out of here.~ He snorts and then falls silent as he talks to Kimura and Zuzu. ~Only hooves here, Zuzu. However I hope your partner is close by. We won't have a problem getting out, or subduing these guys, but if you want them tied up, I am not your goat.~
Zuzu wasn't told very much by Sakuya, which caused him… well… to sweat a little… One supposes that he is often left very much in the dark still. A tiny bead of sweat merely forms down the side of Zuzu's head for comical value.
Meanwhile, it was time to get skinning. A total of six bandits would come over and start opening the cages. "Time to get started. Eh? What's the goat for you dolt?" One asks… His replay? "He's fer eating I swear it." Sounds good enough. Each individual gets to work trying to skin the nin-animals… Which means… combat of course!

RPCOMBAT: Kimura counters with LIGHTNING-CLONE…26
Kimura isn't gonna let them skin her, nope! The fox growls a bit at the man, and lightning sparks along her fur to make a clone that they would grab. Naturally, the clone would shock whoever tried to grab her. And then the angry fox darts forward, lightning still sparking from her fur, and she starts attacking all the bandits :|

Seer was not going to let them skin his snowy white coat. Of course, there is the satchel that hangs around his neck, too. It's got his personal stuff in it. "Unhand me, ruffians." The goat speaks, hoping it would draw all of them to the sound of his voice. If that happens, he would affix them all with a genjutsu where they would hear a loud buzzing sound in their ears that gets louder with each passing second to the point where it would be difficult for them to focus on anything.

Zuzu was ready for this! Right as his cage opened, he made sure everyone knew he could fit through the bars of the cage as he made his escape. Rather… An illusion of around a hundred of him made their escape. It caused the first individual to freak the hell out. Unfortunately, the snake sees that he is in need of a technique to bind a lot of individuals in place as his animal comrades are doing. Quite amazing to see actual summoned animals fighting! Someday, he is going to ditch his owner for a seat beside Ryutaro. For sure. For now, the little illusory snakes find a few targets to bite, putting them out of commision.
The ones who are zapped by the storm are likely taken down when they are dropped to the floor after their ears were subject to an explosive sound. Then, the ones bitten would drop over… All the bandits, save the stupid one, were felled… That one would be making his way far, far away…
Kimura has no way to bind the stupid humans and keep them unmoving… So she just zaps them a teeny amount if they feel like still moving. Otherwise she glances around for a Sakuya-human to tie them up. "Well, that was easy," she comments with a flick of her tail.
The best thing that Seer could do was perform a binding illusion, but they needed to be awake for that, and he'd have to keep concentration. "Bah. I suppose I could maybe make the place into a swamp, and that could hold them until Zuzu's partner can get here? Any suggestions guys?" He large goat had gotten out of his cage and was now looking around at all of the idiot humans that dared to cross them. "So this is the difference between normal humans and shinobi. Pretty pathetic."
It seemed like it was over. Zuzu would seemingly crawl around the bars of Seer's cage as the fight seemingly ends. "I'm not sure it would just be my partner. She is merely a genin. There will likely be a chuunin or two to come and clean up our mess, but in the mean-time… Does anyone know any good games?" He asks.
It seems that the time for games is over already… The rude little stupid one seemed to have brough back someone bigger. Far bigger. He wielded a large meat cleaver, and looked as if he operated a buffet of sorts if that helps. "Were you positive? They weren't henged shinobi?" - "Yes, I'm positive! Look! Look! They're animals, and they just… ripped us apart." Hmm, this guy looked slightly a cut above. "Hey. I'll just cut them up, and I can get back to making profits." So a most cliche of enemy sort of charges himself at Kimura. One rather powerful muscle-bound swing at the fox… The kind of strike that turns foxes into lunch…

Well, this fox isn't gonna be turned to lunch, no-siree! Kimura sees the incoming brute, and… Well, frankly, the avoidance tactic was a bit too close for comfort. Kimura avoids the incoming meat cleaver, but she's pretty sure a few hairs of her fur got flattened and caught by the dang thing. All that's left is a pale windy imitation of her, and she's quick to growl and form a number of windy clones that would all assault the butcher.

Seer was just about to suggest a guessing game to Zuzu when that large man with the meat cleaver comes in and takes a swipe at Kimura. No, not the fox. Seer lowers his head, his horns glow slightly as he gathers chakra. "Hey, furry. You leave that fox alone and come after someone your own size." He stamps his hoof on the ground as the area around him becomes a literal bog or swamp, making it very difficult for him to move in. "Get him, Zuzu!" He says to the snake.

Zuzu didn't wish to disappoint. Seer was a good step in the right direction away from human, so he wasn't too salty about following an Ungulate's orders. "Got it…" When he sees the muscle-headed butcher jump right away from the swamp, she would try to wrap his tail around the man's leg and throw him right back in. That man was nimble! Or something…
It seemed the man wished to get this over with as he brandishes his blade. "Animals are food, they definitely aren't supposed to do what you all are doing." After getting struck directly with wind-clones, dodging a large swamp and even the snake's attempt to reswamp him, he would now throw his cleaver skillfully. Almost like a boomerang, all three animals were in his sights! "Take this runts, and after I'm done skinning you I'll skin your families!"

RPCOMBAT: Kimura defends against with a BODY-OF-WIND…65
Kimura growls a bit. "Fat chance," she mutters, disappearing with a burst of wind once again. Well, that body of wind was useful! The fox takes a moment, and then the wind gathers around her form so that a number of wind clones would appear once again to try and strike this dude. "Thanks for the backup, Seer" she calls out before she darts away from the swampy area the goat made. Thankfully, wind clones didn't really have to worry about the swamp. They could just try and take down the evil butcher.

Blood falls from Seer's flank and the goat has had enough. "Animalize you, Human!" He eyes the man as he attempts to pull him into a genjutsu. He would hear a terrifying mixture of hisses, bleats, and barks that would grow in intensity. It wouldn't kill him, but it would give another of his team the chance to take him out.

It is finally that the butcher is both destroyed by a barrage of wind clones, and in his weakest moments he is brought to his knees. Though that wasn't before his cleaver passed right through Kimura, before slicing open Seer's wall and wounding him and nearly cleaving poor Zuzu in half! His cleaver was thrown like a boomering, of course. So as Seer's genjutsu causes him to writhe, it would come right back and sink so deep into his arm it shattered his bone and nearly cut right through… When he hit the floor he hit it hard…
Zuzu was disappointed in his performance, but he was filled with determination that someday he might become that strong… That seemed to be it, however… The Chuunin were likely on their way now!
Kimura puffs up a bit when she sees the man go down, and she kicks a bit of dirt on him. "Terrible person, that man," she growls, bounding over to Seer and examining his injury with a frown. "You two okay? That cleaver looks like it could hurt…" she says, sniffing lightly at the injury. Not that she could do anything -.-; Her partner was the one with the healing powers, not her! This just goes to show you why Kimura prefers working with Michiko rather than separately!
