Standing in the center of the Dammed Arena Floor, Onryou Maikeru looks
around at the crowd, a dark smirk on his face. "I know you're all highly
anticipating what's going to happen in the next round," he calls out as he
pulls out his scroll. "There were originally going to be four shinobi in
this round, but, since Yotsuki Mune and I eliminated each other, there are
only three." Opening the scroll, he begins to announce:
"The remaining fighters are Kaguya Tsun, Kaguya Nori, and Seishino
Kanami. Normal protocol is to allow one person a pass to the next round,
which would be the finals. However, since it IS the finals…"
He tosses the scroll into the air above him, causing it to explode once
it reaches about twenty feet above him. Without so much as a blink, he
continues.
"Normal protocol isn't going to cut it this time. The three remaining
fighters will compete in a battle royal to determine who is the Blood Mist
Cup Champion!"
As the crowd goes into a roar of approval and expectation, the Jounin
grins, satisfied with his work. He vanishes into thin air. Let the fun
begin.
