Generic training ground, Konoha
Taiki and Shinobu are at one of the generic training grounds today, working together to perfect another technique of his. It is early afternoon, and the three posts he was working with seem to have taken some damage, with debris from a fourth scattered around the third. He's not quiet about this though, as a loud piercing screech can be heard from a good distance away each time he or Shinobu seem to practice this technique. Nozomi is off to the side, half-watching Taiki and half-watching the area around him. For some reason she seems a bit more tense than usual, seemingly alert for something, but who knows what. Otherwise, the area appears clear of just about anyone else, inculding the guard that is supposed to be looking after Taiki. But that may not mean much, given as how they're supposed to be unobtrusive.
Not far away, Atsuro and Taizen are walking with Hitoshi down the path from the chuunin training area. He doesn't know what Hitoshi's plans are, but Atsuro's just heading back into town, maybe going to catch a show or buy some manga. Whatever seems entertaining; he's got plenty of free time. But those plans are not to be, it seems, for they happen to be walking by Taiki's training ground when a loud shrieking noise pierces the air. "Gah!" Atsuro puts his hands over his ears, and Taizen winces. "What the **** was that?"
After a short dash over to the training area, the culprit's smell can be detected. "I should have known," Atsuro says. He scans the field. Spotting Taiki, he walks over, "You must hold some kind of record for training equipment damaged beyond repair," he notes, "You realize those are for punching and target practice? Seriously, you're probably depopulating a forest every week at this point."
Dressed down and deciding not to wear the Chuunin garb today, Hitoshi had gone with a t-shirt and long pants… over his shoulders, his sword was carried, either arm draped over the sheath of his sword. As he walks along with Atsuro, he's relatively silent. He'd pretty much been like that for a few days now… not wanting to talk much. Just train. And train hard. Something about his demeanor had changed over the last several weeks… it was odd. As the two approach the parting of ways, though, he considers heading into town and to the Ramen shop…
But like Pontius' plans, Judas' own is ruined when he hears that ear-splitting SHRIEK. He winces, shuddering and making a disgusted sort of noise… "The -****?!-" He's not an Inuzuka. It wouldn't be so bad… but -still.-
As he follows after Atsuro, he seems to ready his sword, watching and waiting. But when it's discovered what is going on… he blinks, looking at some of the debris. He tilts his head, smiling a little bit.
"At least he's working hard," he comments lightly, glancing toward Atsuro with a grin still on his face.
Naru wasn't training her today, if anything she attempted to avoid training in such areas anymore. Naru instead was just looking around the training grounds, adorned in what seemed to be a long baggy hakama which was traditional worn under a set of dark battle armor, she just keeps quiet for the most part; Letting out a soft tired yawn she catches a familiar group in the distance…Atsuro.. Hitoshi… Then Taiki…" She didn't say anything at first, her mind was still out of place after a few events transpired, instead she leaned up against a tree, arms crossed along one another looking into the training era… She was clearly visible but right now she just didn't want to be on the approach.
Taiki looks up at Atsuro and smirks. "Well the way I see it sensei, I can either destroy pells, destroy trees, destroy boulders, dig trenches from here to Suna, or potentially wound comrades in spars. Any way you look at it, /something/ is going to be damaged. Besides, I try and replace whatever is demolished at any rate, and if they do decide to take down that giant tree in the village, there will be no shortage of lumber any time soon. Unless of course you have any other ideas I haven't thought of yet?" Surprisingly enough neither Shinobi nor Ninken look in any way damaged, nor do they look like they had any reason to shriek. Besides, it was a much higher pitch than Taiki would produce. As Naru comes into the clearing, he turns and waves a greeting at her with a largish smile on his face before turning back toward Atsuro.
As the group talks Nozomi's head swings around as she sniffs at the air. She gets up and walks around the clearing slowly, sniffing at the air as she goes. Her fur starts to stand up slightly as her ears focus out into the forest. No one here seems to have sparked this reaction, as a moment later Shinobu also catches… something, and starts sniffing at the air. A low growl of warning escapes both ninken's throats almost simultaneously as hackles go up even more. Taiki then looks at the dogs and frowns before waving Naru closer to them. He's a little worried at what would have the dogs reacting like that.

"Yeah," Atsuro tells Taiki, "I'm not sure the higher-ups are going to see it the same way you do." He shakes his head, "They are damaged, but generally over, oh, a year. Not half a second. Anyway, better a boulder than an actual piece of equipment, but it's also fine to just practice on the air if you can't find something suitable. It's not like /my/ techniques are subtle and hyper-precise, and my target-wrecking rate is average, at most. So /that's/ the way I look at it." He shakes his head. "Look, you can ruin the entire village if you want, just as long as it doesn't come back to me. And you don't damage my place. Or that bar on Jougen Street. I love that place."
The tense behaviour of the dogs causes him to forget about that for now. Atsuro sniffs the air, as does Taizen. "Uh oh," he mutters. He walks over to Taiki. "Let's go into the forest," he says, attempting to usher Taiki over to the trees.
"Or the flat," Hitoshi chimes in, helpfully, and as Hitoshi glances at Atsuro with a small glowering look about the Jougen Street Bar. "Forget the bar," he grumbles lightly…
And then, Spider Senses start to tingle. Hitoshi's eyes widen a bit, and he squints slightly toward the treeline, frowning and shaking his head slightly. "Hold it!"
"Don't go." With that, Hitoshi begins to out with a couple of kunai, one in each hand. Taking up a defensive position, he scoots on his feet to cover Taiki adequately, still watching the treeline. "Feels like a genjutsu. Large source of chakra," he comments softly, "and it's been implimented just beyond the clearing." Slowly, his eyes begin to turn, and his head turns slowly around, frowning a little. Reaching into his pocket, he takes out a small pill, and pops it, closing his eyes for a moment and frowning, before letting them open again. "It's all the way around. I can't detect the actual source, though," he explains gently. "It's just huge. And a genjutsu. We're stuck."

Naru idly waved back to Taiki, but as he waved for her to come a bit closer she felt defiant, especially after something seemed to catch her attention… As soon as things seem to be slightly off Naru's eyes flickered into that of the sharingan, peering off into the forest and spoting a something going on in the distance.. A genjutsu was released and she also spotted one of the guards going after someone and the guards, she let them do their job however, her eyes suddenly looking towards Taiki, after all if anything was going to happen it was going to happen to him right? Finally she switched her movmements, hair bellowing slightly while her crimson devil eyes glanced at the group and finally made way next to Taiki. " There is a fight," Naru suddenly speaks up to inform everyone, "There was a genjutsu.. One of the guards is chasing someone and a dog…" Her voice was straight to the point and informative… But right now she didnt feel too alarmed to jump into the fray.
Taiki stops and looks over toward Shinobu, who is carefully walking his way over toward Taiki. He then starts to sniff the air and agrees with Atsuro, "Perhaps that is best. I mean…" he doesn't say anything more as the others start to report in. Taiki then sighs and shakes his head. "Too late sensei…" he says as he prepares for a fight.
"Indeed curr, it is too late for you," echoes a voice from the forrest as two men step out from ahead of Atsuro and Taiki in the direction they were moving in. One of them could easily be recognized as the person that was trying to break into Hitoshi's room when Taiki's parents were brought in, and the other has a very strong family resemblence to both Taiki and the older man.
"I agree brother, this mongrel has brought enough shame and danger to the Clan, and now he has Konoha ANBU asking questions? This has gone on too far, and must be stopped," the younger man says before turning his attention towad Taiki. "What we have here is a failure to communicate. There are some people you just can't reach. So you get what happened to his family, which is the way he wants it." Noises can be heard as members of both men's families make their way out into the clearing, surrounding them. "Well, that's the way he's going to get it." He then looks around to everyone else and adds, "I don't like this any more than you do."
So much for trying to reach cover. Atsuro turns to face the men as they approach. All that talk may be gratifying to the two of them, but it's not such a great idea. Aside from not really serving any purpose, it allows Atsuro to quickly grab his usual two ninjato from Taizen and unsheath them. The rest of the two person monologue gets a superhuman roll of the eyes. No seriously, Atsuro might have just made eye-rolling history. "I could point out that just by doing this, you've already destroyed yourselves," he says finally, "And goodness knows I love nothing more than seeing the powerful and undeserving brought low by their hubris, but… shuuut uuup. I could handle some monologuing, but this is just obscene." He runs a hand through his hair idly. "Your brother know you're here?"
Really. No, really? Hitoshi quietly spins the two kunai on his fingers before tucking them away, and he frowns a little. "You're… kidding me, right? I mean, seriously. You sound like a cliche comic book Big Bad," he remarks softly, regarding both brothers with a quiet sort of amusement in his eyes. He begins to stiffle his laughter with his hand, biting against the inside of his palm before actually sputtering and actually clasping at his knees with his hands, outright -laughing.- The odd laughter continues for a number of seconds… to the point it could be completely -unnerving,- even.
It abruptly stops, though. And when he looks up, a killing intent is in his eyes. Narrowed and staring, as he comes up, a number of handseals are formed, and he locks in on the last one - the Tiger.
"Let's get serious. If you don't -step- the **** -back,- -I'll- kill you."
Maybe Hitoshi's harrowing experience drove him a little crazy. Just a bit.

A look of instant irritation filled Naru's face as she looked over the two shinobi who stood before her.. They were annoying, even more so that they thought they could prance around and simply threaten Taiki's life point blank. After Hitoshi's words Naru squared up though, spreading her legs apart slightly the wind about her body began to kick up as she focused a torrent of chakra, her eyes not once inched away from the duo, she maintained her gaze expressing a cold expression. "Do you two have a death wish?" She asked them, an eyebrow arched slightly as she dug her heels into the ground… They weren't going to have a chance to get away if they were threatening Taiki… No instead this was going to be when they finally got what was coming to them….

Taiki groans, pretty much fed up with the entire mess. Taiki sneers as he gets down into an aggressive form of the Four Legged stance, with his weight more on his feet than his hands. His features become more feral as his hair stands up. Shinobu mirrors this action as Taiki snarls out, "I agree Sensei… patheeeeeetic! All these people here just to take out little ol' me? They obviously must be incompetent if they can't do the job themselves. I just hope that it's not genetic, but given how his granddaughter fights…"
That is as far as Taiki gets before said granddaughter launches herself at Taiki in a Tsuga with her dog doing the same toward Shinobu. But Taiki was expecting this… planning on it even as he and the dog jump up and away, only making contact with the ground enough to reorient themselves before focusing chakra while moving to put some room between them and the young woman. Taiki's only slightly hurt, a scratch really, but his face twists into a visage of insane anger, "Let's do this."
The older brother snarls and attacks Atsuro with the same move (30 to dodge) with his dog while the younger says, "No, but alas poor Taiki went nuts and killed all hsi friends. A tragic accident, reallly…" Another Inuzuka, this one a boy, turns his attention toward Hitoshi, his dog comming in low for an attack with him coming in high (fang and fist combo, 25 to dodge) and finally one girl starts to go through handsigns. She's apparently the genjutsuist as she squares off against Naru (20 to beat).

"Assuming your superiors are just as stupid as you," Atsuro replies with a charming smile, "The last mistake you'll ever make?" He and Taizen easily sidestep their two assailants. "I guess not," he decides, "There are no clever moves that can help you now." He figures he could attack either of the two brothers at this point, but the smart move would be to go after the one who attacked him already. He'll need to recover from that last attack, Atsuro reasons, which makes him more likely to be vulnerable now.
He shares a glance with Taizen and the two charge after their attackers, quickly appearing as a blur, then seeming to disappear altogether. Once they've reached the man, they begin to circle him, still at extremely high speed, only now attacking over and over again, then finally jumping in for a final strike.

The way Hitoshi was viewing this was almost surreal. The flow and movements were observed with a much sharper eye. As the Inuzuka boy begins to close in on him, the young Chuunin begins to shake his head. "First wrong move," Hitoshi growls softly. And with an odd, newfound grace, Hitoshi begins to duck, weave… steadily ducking around the boy and his agile dog. Never breaking his seal, or his focus, Hitoshi skids on his feet, coming to a stop in a crouch and smirking a little bit. He shakes his head again, and he switches handseals. This time… he switches to a new handsign, a single one… before muttering… "Bunshin."
At either side, a life-like clone comes to life beside the boy. The clone is -very- convincing… And as Hitoshi and the clone begin to develop that odd little smirk, they run. And as they run, they cross one another's paths… confusing, throwing off their trail. Which is the real Hitoshi and which is the fake one? As both begin to draw their swords, they split. One Hitoshi begins to head for Taiki's assailant, while the other beelines for his own original attacker. The Hitoshi going after the original attacker rears back, preparing a full-fledged swipe with his sword… and should he connect, he explodes, violently, in a rush of painful fire. A clone! An -offensive- clone, at that!
The other Hitoshi? Well, he's going after the Crazy ****. As he begins to close in on Hitoshi and Taiki's battle, he skids on his feet, kneeling down. His sword is resheathed quickly, and more handseals begin to form… before he bows back, forming a ring with two fingers… And blowing, hard. Aiming right for the Crazy ****…
"Katon! Goukakyou no jutsu!"
He unleashes a huge fireball, with a modest amount of effort, lunging it forward to disrupt the woman in her own advances against Taiki.

The gloves were off at this point and there was obviously no point in holding back… After all they attacked first, or at least attempted to attack first, Naru watched as the battle ensued, everyone seemed to have their marked person and Naru's eyes suddenly bared notice to a genjutsu attempt trying to displace her, for now Naru just had a sheepish grin, her eyes flashed briefly while her eyes had turned a darker shade of red. " Are you blind?" Naru questioned the girl, suddenly she began to go through a series of long hand seals. " You shouldn't have gotten involved… And you definitely should have attempted genjutsu on an Uchiha…You lost your chance… " With a light pause she pressed a single foot into the ground, bringing a back for balance and exclaimed.
"Katon! Soushi Goukaryuu Hineri no Jutsu!" With slightly parted lips she inhales and spells a massive amount of fire chakra, a pair of twisting fire dragons looming high into the air before tearing down right on the target, one to mix up the girls movements and the other to smash into her until they both collide…Resulting in a massive earth shattering explosion and definitely to attract some attention to the battle field… Oh and she attempted a quick link… Just in case the girl wasn't willing to give up after this…

Taiki snarls as the woman tries to come in again, this time working with her dog on a gatsuga. He just snarls as he attempts to dodge, somehow by sheer luck making it as a flash goes off where he was, temporarily blinding his opponent. He then smirks and says, "That's it ****, your going down! Raibunshin!" At this point a single clone comes into being, rushing after her while Taiki and Shinobu lauch forward themselves, following up on the attack with, "GATSUGA!" The duo blur into twin tornados, slamming into his tormentor with full strength, slamming her back into a tree. Those attacks, along with Hitoshi's attack, seems to have given her some pause. "She's mine," Taiki snarls. "I owe the ****."
In the meantime the guy Atsuro is facing proves he's no slouch as he manages to escape Atsuro's trap by jumping upwards, only incurring slight damage. He joins his dog in mid air and suddenly they're encased in smoke. It clears away quickly to show a /huge/ two headed dog that lauches itself at Atsuro (51 to dodge). In the meantime the other brother and his dog launch toward Hitoshi, swirling into a gatsuga as they go (35 to dodge). The boy throws some shuriken at Hitoshi, followed by some kunai (20 to dodge each). He's looking a little worse for wear, so the throws aren't that great. Naru, on the other hand, has a rank newbie chuunin who doesn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of getting away from the fire dragon. She is thrown back through one tree and into another. But she still does not give up as she staggers up and attempts a gatsuga of her own toward the Uchiha, not bothering to say a word (28 to dodge).

The man's counterattack is pretty rough. Atsuro and Taizen are both just barely hit, but even that is plenty. The giant dog may not have actually made contact with them, but even the air around such an attack can be deadly. Atsuro and Taizen are able to escape with relatively minor wounds, but they're not keen on dealing with that again. There's no sense in fooling around with minor attacks; it's time to call in the cavalry. The two of them quickly join together, then Atsuro makes a seal and POW!
After a large cloud of smoke clears, Atsuro and Taizen are no longer Atsuro and Taizen, but a big, scary, two-headed, black, snarling hellhound. Working in unison, both heads unleash a ground-shaking roar as the huge wolf's body fills with chakra.

Oh, this was no good. Hitoshi's been on the recieving end of one of these before while sparring with Taiki and it simply did not end we—

Hitoshi is not quite fast enough to pull himself out of the fire on this one - and as a result of the double-fury attack, he is sent reeling, spinning backwards and skidding into the ground eventually, flipping a couple of times… only to recover himself, finding himself on his knee, and two kunai zipping by him. Both of which he manages to pull his disappearing act for. Seems like he's gotten a bit more attention than he counted on.
A small trickle of blood seeps from Hitoshi's lip, and he reaches up to wipe it off, smiling pleasantly. "Okay, then. Let's dance, Kujo."
And Hitoshi is off, running in the opposite direction. As long as he can distract this brother, it keeps him off of the other ones for now. Forming the handseals as he goes, Hitoshi begins to unleash a flurry of flames, shaped as if they are shuriken, in the younger brother's direction, letting them fly as they will. Some small, some large… all of them painful if they connect.

The girl was easily caught in her massive explosive attack, and Naru easily dodged the coming attack with her own swift play of replacement… "I'll show you how a genjutsu really works…" Naru speaks softly, and suddenly with her link established she attempted to down play the girl indefinitely, the chuunin could begin to feel her knees lock up and hit the floor, successfully stunning her in place while Naru approached her a set of hand seals coming to flourishion, she was being merciless, and even though she didn't plan on killing anyone she was definitely going to cause as much pain as possible, after her seals were over Naru began to puke up something, oil spitting from her mouth as she lathered the girl in burning oil (as long as the stun hits) and says a single word.
"Endan…"
With a lght bullet of fire it smashes into the girl, burning her to a crispy fire that would last until the oil had completely burned off her body… Naru then kept a close look around her, making sure the rest of the situation was okay… There was now a giant twin headed dog mauling around.. of course the chakra signature read a still being Atsuro… he was much stronger than she thought…

The man… er beast facing Atsuro snarls with both heads, then lauches itself in a buzzsaw motion toward Atsuro, forming a huge disk that speeds toward the Chuunin's direction (dodge or something 49), letting a primal howl out as it moves. In the meantime Hitoshi's opponents seem to sense he's in trouble. The chuunin and his dog continue to try to pelt Hitoshi from a distance (dodge or something 24,25 respectively) while the older man goes after Hitoshi starts to press an attack, but is stopped by something. Naru's opponent falls over, out for the count as she is burned and trapped within the genjutsu.
During all of this, the girl facing Taiki throws out another Gatsuga, which the pair try to dodge <pose>. The pair come togehter though and Taiki calls out, "Joujin no Bunshin!" Smoke envelopes the duo, then disapates showing two Taikis. "Raiton, Kaminarino Tsume!" echoes throughout the area as both Taikis close on the girl from two different sides. One digs his claws deep enough to effectively pin her to a tree by wrapping its body around the trunk, while the other tears into the girl, leaving deep, bleading gashes. "ENOUGH! STAND DOWN or she dies!" That was Taiki's voice. The man going after Hitoshi stops, the pales as he looks at Taiki, who has one claw ready to take off certain parts of her chest while the other is at her throat. "How does it feel, old man, to have your family held hostage? Call them off, or I start to play. You might get her back alive, but she won't be worth jack ****." The woman wimpers as the other Taiki's claws dig deeper into the girl's flesh.
"STOP! Everyone stop for Kami's sake!" the man calls out next, not liking the reference, or the look of hatred in Taiki's eyes.
Unfortunately for him, stopping was something he shouldn't have done as the first two of Hitoshi's voleys hit him. But he was quick enough to avoid most of the shuriken, allowing for minor damage. "I surrender!" he calls out, effectively trapped by concern for his granddaughter.

Even if they're a bigger target now, Atsuro and Taizen's sheer speed in this form is more than enough to compensate. They're facing an even more advanced attack than the one from before, but this time they're able to get out of the way, leaping high into the air in a blur. Never one to let an opportunity go to waste, Atsuro immediately counterattacks from the air using the same move that had hit him earlier, spinning at incredible speed, and bearing down on his attacker.
But now the enemy is giving up. Once the attack is done, Atsuro and Taizen stand down for the moment, though they don't return to their original form, and they remain ready to respond to any attack that might come despite the apparent surrender. The former is the worst for Atsuro, who right now wants nothing more than to let loose some one-liner or another.

Skidding to a stop, Hitoshi is crouched down, having simply slid past the variously thrown weapons in his direction. Having this newfound perception is… different, to say the least. One hand on the ground, knees bent, his free hand goes up to the hilt of his sword, his fingers wrapped around it as he squints at the enemy combatants, frowning deeply and just waiting. Once the ringleader seems to call an end to the hostilities, he nods slowly, and remains crouched, despite this.
"This is probably a good place for us to take a pause in hostilities," he remarks idly, rolling his neck slightly. To be fair, he's none the worse for wear after the fight… a first, especially with multiple combatants gunning for him. Wiping a little trickle of blood from a busted lip, he smiles quietly. Raising his voice, he begins to stand up, unsheathing his sword and slowly turning, looking at the various combatants in turn…
"Reinforcements are coming and will be here in a couple of minutes - if not less." A pause, and he glances around. "-Most- of you are unable to fight on at this point," he explains, speaking to the mob on whole, "and at least -two- of your people are possibly wounded and -need- medical attention as soon as possible. And that was just from dealing with three Chuunin and a -very- **** off Genin." A pause, and he looks around again, before looking toward the apparent ringleader.
"Under the authority of the Hokage, I am placing you an' your men under arrest for attempted murder and assault. I can't pin anything else on you - yet." He growls, pointing his swordtip at the old man. "Order the rest of your men to disarm and kneel, with hands on the ground, while you do the same." At this point, he's up on the older Inuzuka, fire in his eyes as he stares him down.
"And if you won't kneel we will make you kneel," Naru called out to the man, following Hitoshi's lead. The girl that Naru was fighting was down for the count, severely burnt…She was going to need some kind of medical help. She stopped her own hostilities, after all it was rather useless to continue on, still she maintained her sharingan, eyes shifting and watching for anything usual, any sudden movements to capitalize on. Everyone seemed to be alert for now… And with Reinforcements coming only time could tell what was going to happen next… For now Naru remained quiet, arms crossed along one another while her raven locks of hair fluttered in the wind…
Reenforcements were closer than anyone thought as suddenly the place was crawling with ANBU. The attackers complied with Hitoshi's and Naru's orders, and the giant wolf was mowed down by the Black wolf. Only the man who called for the ceasing of hostilities is still standing, and it becomes readily obvious it's not because of a will to continue fighting. Instead Taiki still has a hold of Sakura and doesn't appear to want to let her go. "I should kill her," Taiki says almost absently as he strokes the girl's cheek with a single digit of his lightning claw. "I should make you feel what I felt. What you so /kindly/ rubbed my nose in when this fight started," Taiki says almost lovingly as that digit nears Sakura's eye. "It would be soooo easy," his hand travels back down to her throat, "A flick of the wrist, and she would be gone. One single moment, like when I found out my Okaa-san died, because you and your collaborated with her killers for sooo long. You took my mother away from me, it would be poetic justice to take your granddaughter away from you. You kept threatening my parents lives after all…"
For one moment the ANBU around him tense, and the grandfather falls to his knees. "Please… don't kill her…" Sakura can only whimper in fear and pain, seeing death in Taiki's eyes.
Taiki quickly steps back, and the other Taiki lets go, allowing Sakura to fall down to the ground, alive but very hurt. He didn't do it. "I won't do it," he snarls, looking at the man. "And not because you beg me… No, you and your kind deserve no mercy, and I will be prosecuting you to the fullest extent of both Konoha and Clan law. I am the nephew of the Founders Clan Heir, and son of Inuzuka Kenshin. As such, my word carries some weight. I will destroy you politically, and through the law. I will have every secret, every bit of knowledge in your head about the outclan threat. Then I will do what you lacked the courage and honor to do… I will take the fight to them. I will destroy them, and I will have justice for my parents. You and your bunch are traitors to the Clan and to the Village, and I will see you hang." He then looks to the ANBU and says, "Take this trash out of here, my nose is burning."
Having managed to deal what seems to be a serious blow to the most threatening of the enemies and seeing that the rest of them have given up (and don't stand a chance even if they should attack, thanks to the timely arrival of ANBU), Atsuro decides it's safe to return to his usual form. There's a puff of smoke, then he and Taizen are back. They're a little beaten up from the fight, but nothing bad — pretty decent for going up against an Inuzuka elder, really, though they might not have been able to say that had they been in a more protracted fight.
"If only you'd shown your nephew the same compassion and mercy you did for your granddaughter just now," he observes, "But I guess I shouldn't complain; like I said, hubris, destroying yourself. A red-letter day, don't you think?" He turns to Taiki, "You're kinda a sexist though. Just throwing that out there."

Once the ANBU swarm and begin to detain the combatants, Hitoshi lets his guard down. The sword is quietly returned to it's sheath, and he reaches with his free hand to rub his eyes a little bit. Watching quietly as they're all being taken off - either for medical attention, or for detainment - he sighs a little bit. Especially as the one called 'Sakura' is taken off. He takes stock in her wounds for a moment, thumbing his nose slightly… before turning his eyes toward Taiki. He would remain silent on the situation… This was a clan matter, but it'd boiled over into a village-affecting situation.
Far be it from him to tell Taiki anything about restraint right now, he supposes.
"I'm going on to th' village. I just realized I've now got ten affidavits to write up," he remarks quietly. He seems to kind of just fall in with the ANBU ranks at this point. Though he sticks out, he does kind of just depart with their mass.
"See you guys at home tonight," he notes over his shoulder, before taking to the trees.

The battle was concluded for now, and with Anbu stepping on the scene there was certainly not going to be anymore problems. She remained quiet and just watched Taiki debate about the daughters life, holding it hostage, at least for a little to savor the moment, alas though he didnt kill the girl, he offerd mercy instead, but his resolve was much stronger than she had anticipated; For now she just nods without much of a word, getting down to this mystery was a good thing, and soon enough they would have a powerful lead in captureing the attackers who killed Taiki's parents. As Hitoshi began to go on his way out soon enough Naru followed suit, the battle was won and she wasn't exactly needed anymore. "I'm still on the clock…" Naru spoke at once, to Taiki and Atsuro, shifting her position and just taking a stand next to a tree… She would be around to answer any questiosn if need be… and then perhaps stick around a little longer for that patrol…
