"Kumo Daimyo Plot - Tentsplosion!"
Kumogakure village center
Early this morning (yesterday night OOCly) there was an attack on the temporary mission's office (a tent) in the village center by the Yakuza. The KRD was in attendance for an early morning training, so what seemed to be an attack on the KRD turned into a feint to get at the mission's office. As the light of the morning sun washes over the square, there is debris everywhere, as well as several Yakuza still being held under several layers of protective barriers. Hanako would have been one of several shinobi called in to help with the transport of these Genin level Yakuza to the Kumogakure jails.
Hanako yawns in the morning, seemingly not paying much attention to the low level Yakuza, but listening intently for any sign of an escape attempt. As the Yakuza are rounded up the blonde girl walks over to them and folds her arms over her small breasts. "Well, you boys should feel honoured. You're getting escorted to prison by a celebrity. How does it feel?" she asks them gleefully, tapping her foot impatiently as she waits for the transportation to finish being organised.
The 'celebrity' just gets a bunch of blank stares at first. These are hardened criminals here, so of course, one of them eventually says, "You could be my escort any time. I'm just glad yours might be the last pretty face I get to see before I get killed." The transportation arrives and is a large covered wagon complete with seals that would keep even the toughest criminals in…hopefully. One at a time, the criminals are taken out of their lockdown and ushered into the wagon. As one criminal in particular is taken out of their seal hand-cuffs, he literally bursts into water. He's one of those odd Kirigakure shinobi that can liquify it seems. The puddle flows from its spot out towards the edge of the village center.
Hanako shrugs dismissively at criminals and turns her back. What good is being a celebrity if no one cares? Then she hears the sound of water flowing onto the ground, and springs into action immediately. She runs to get ahead of the puddle, moving rather quickly for such a small girl. Hanako skids to a stop, forms a seal in front of her and screams, using chakra to shape the sound waves into a semi-physical barrier to block the Yakuza boy's movement. She attempts to wraps the soundwaves around him to contain him, but the control required is enormous and it takes the singer a while to move the sound in the correct ways.
The soundwaves actually slow down the Yakuza and make him start to solidify somewhat. He forms half a torso and head, although it only partially forms so the figure looks like it may have had a stroke even. It twists to stare over at Hankao and forms a watery hand-seal. The fountain behind Hanako and the rest of the Yakuza scum shoots out a snake of water and it blasts towards Hanako.
Hanako spots the burst of water headed toward her from the fountain and turns her jutsu towards it, attempting to keep the ninja imprisoned while she deflects the water with another sound barrier. However, her Ninjutsu falters due to her divided attention, and the barrier that was containing the Yakuza unravels. Thankfully her second barrier succeeds at deflecting the water, which splashes outwards as if it had hit an invisible wall. "You aren't escaping, scumbag," Hanako says as she jumps back, pulling a pair of the seal handcuffs from her hip-pouch and singing her Song of Dizziness in the direction of the ninja, ready to slap the handcuffs on him the moment he re-forms.
The song of dizziness starts to affect the Yakuza man and he starts losing his focus. His body begins to solidify and he tries to throw himself towards the edge of the circle. If he can only make it to that edge, he can disappear! But, he finds himself unable to get there as he's getting really dizzy. He needs a distraction, and as a distraction goes, there's nothing better than the rest of the Yakuza. That same water from the fountain lifts up and instead of attacking Hanako, it moves to attack the other Yakuza. If it doesn't hurt some of them, it might just take those seals off and free them.
"Incoming!" Hanako yells as the surge of water flies toward the other Yakuza. She glances back and forth for a second, trying to decide what to do. Decision made, she takes a step forward and slaps the handcuffs on the rogue ninja, then dashes off in an attempt to get ahead of the rush of water. Realising that she isn't going to make it, the girl sings a high pitched note and throws her Sound Chakra in a tight spear towards the water, hoping to break it up enough to stop it injuring anyone - or even worse, setting the Yakuza free.
Those handcuffs are plastered once more on the watery nin, forcing him to solidfy completely. Those cuffs are a miracle of modern seal technology. The blast of water meanwhile can actually be seen to vibrate and start to get disrupted, but it isn't quite enough. One portion of the water blast breaks off and lands directly on top of one of the Yakuza. The seals get wet, but hold…for now; however, the wall managed to smack the guy backwards and into the ground behind him. His head starts bleeding profusely. Medic?
Hanako skids to a stop again, looking at the injured Yakuza. "Oh crud," she swears under her breath and starts looking around. "We need a medic here, there's a man down!" she yells, and then looks to the group helping transport the prisoners, "And someone grab puddle-boy over there! He can't transform any more, but that won't stop him from running away on his own two legs." Then she kneels down next to the hurt prisoner and examines the injury, although she really doesn't know what she's looking at.
She's looking at a fractured skull that really needs that medical attention. Now that the combat is over, a mednin comes running to Hanako's side and nods, pushing some glasses up further onto his nose. "Sorry shinobi-san. I'm not allowed to step into a combat zone during the middle of combat. Thank you for taking care of that so I can take care of this guy. If you need any help yourself, don't go far." And the mednin goes about his work. Meanwhile, the transport captain sighs and calls out to everyone else helping Hanako, "Get the rest of the prisoners into the wagon." And so they do just that. With the prisoners all secure in the wagon, it starts moving down the road towards the jail. Crisis averted.
A member of the KRD comes walking into the circle and heads straight over to the prisoner that is bleeding. As the mednin works on him, the KRD member takes the heel of his foot and crushes the rest of the man's skull. This KRD member? The Goat. The Kamen Rai Da are known as the police force…and the Goat is known for being 'corrupt'. This last bit just proves it. The mednin looks up, about ready to shout, when he notes the Goat. The Goat merely says, "He was dead already…I just put him out of his misery."

Hanako folds her arms over her chest and straightens up, giving The Goat a withering look. While she strongly disagreed with the man's actions, her position in Kumogakure was tentative enough at the moment without making influential enemies for herself. "He could have survived, but I guess we'll never know now," she says, testing the waters without being too confrontational with the merciless officer.
The Goat's mask, complete with swirling horns down around the man's ears, turns to stare at Hanako. "Even if he did survive, a blow to the back of the head like that would undoubtably leave him a different man. No one deserves to live like that." Yeah, it was compassion that is the cause for those brains stuck to the bottom of his boots. The KRD agent stares at Hanako for a bit longer and adds, "You're that celebrity turned shinobi aren't you? Yeah, I read your file. Not impressed. There is no room for celebrity status as a shinobi. It just puts a bullseye on your back." Says the guy who probably has the largest bullseye in Kumogakure at the moment. "If I were you, I'd go back to the crowds you crawled out of and stop pretending to be a shinobi."
"I earned my rank," she says simply, turning her back on the Goat, "If you doubt it you can put in a complaint with the Raikage, whenever this whole mess gets sorted out. In the meantime, you don't need to be impressed by me." She gently clutches the med-nin's shoulder and helps to pull him up from the now-dead Yakuza. "There's nothing you can do for him now. I know its horrid, but we have more important things to be doing than trying to heap dirt on the KRD," she explains to him comfortingly, and shoots the Goat a nasty look over her shoulder. Well, I guess she's made her colours clear now.
Her colours are clear… a bright red burning hatred. What else is new with the Goat. Still, the Goat states, "When they vote on the new Raikage, I'll pass it by them." He then runs off to whatever Hel-hole he came from.
