All-Eye II
At this level, the Tomogan can extend tendrils of tissue out of the socket, as well as produce several additional eyes for perception and Jutsu purposes. A number of Flesh Scroll techniques can be performed simultaneously, provided the appropriate Flesh Scroll tattoos have been placed on the eyes projected. The Tomogan flesh heals itself when damaged, and can be controlled with practice and Chakra in order to form tentacles or other simple shapes, for manipulating objects/people, defending Ruri, or attacking enemies.
