Skill Description
"Anatomical Analysis" - This Taijutsu defense represents the ability for a Medic Nin who has thoroughly mastered the art of evasion to combine their physical and mental prowess with an extensive knowledge of anatomy and biological processes. The knowledge gained is both via study and prior usage of the Perfect Surgery technique. At a glance, the Medic can understand the inner workings of an attacker's body in ways the attackers themselves could never conceive of. Each individual tendon and ligament, each joint and vertebrae, heart rate, respiration, perspiration, blood flow, tension and momentum, and even more importantly how it all connects: All of these can be surmised and used to predict the movement of an attacker, to recognize their hand seals, to estimate Chakra flow, and more. Then all of this information, is used to both reflexively and consciously avoid attacks with the least amount of effort, or to minimize the impact of the attackers if evasion proves to be impossible. Obviously, actually perceiving the enemy in some form is necessary to utilize this defense, but Medic Nin are not known for dull senses.
