Skill Description
Utilizing the special properties and requirements for Four Legged Water Style, the user (be they human or ninken) uses the water element to augment the standard Tsuga. The user channels water onto their hands in such a way that when they spin at full tsuga speed, streams of high pressure water spin outward like very fast spinning whips. This forms a gigantic whrilpool with a very sharp point while at the same time increasing the area the tsuga affects, depending on how much the user concentrates. This would cause both wider and deeper holes, making it hard for someone to evade them, and possibly hitting multiple targets in a given area due to the width of the total effect.
