Augmented Perfect Surgery
This skill represents the use of Perfect Surgery when its effectiveness is being augmented or 'boosted' by another means. Examples include a Soldier Pill transformation, the availability of appropriate tools and assistance beyond what is necessary, or some other enhancement technique.
Generally, if it is merely a matter of proper supplies, then Perfect Surgery will function normally, at up to 100% success with both tools and assistance. To go beyond 100%, which represents a bonus to success when there is some negative factor reducing effectiveness OR just pushing the technique beyond its normal limits, advanced equipment or the aid of exceptionally skilled/experienced Medic-Nin — NOT just nurses or even full-fledged doctors — will be required. The maximum potential of Perfect Surgery at this level is 120% success rate with D-Rank or C-Rank augmentation skills.

Style Recommendation: Medic-Nin.
Skill Requirements: 2 C-Rank Medic-Nin skills, one of which must be Perfect Surgery, 1 C-Rank Ninjutsu, AND a method of augmentation — determined by skill app.
