Body Flicker II (Attack)
A faster version of Body Flicker Technique, that allows better reaction time. For instance, if the user is using a Body Flicker-based attack, and then realizes that an attack is incoming from an enemy, he or she can change tactics to evade without having to stop moving first, and "switch gears". This also works in the opposite instance, of moving from a defense into an attack.
Hit Roll Dice: Nin + Spd
Damage Roll Dice: Pow + Sta
Style Recommendation: Any Speed-based or Tactics-based Ninjutsu Style, for example Acceleration Ninjutsu or Tactical Ninjutsu
Skill Prerequisites: Body Flicker Technique, Body Flicker Strike, and 1 other D-Rank Ninjutsu.
Skill Modifiers: Attack & Defense, Versatile Defense.
