Cannibal Skill: Breath of Dust
"Cannibal Skill: Breath of Dust" is a technique of the Ghoul Style that involves exhaling a thick cloud of dust and dirt that may either reduce a nearby opponent to choking or, if the target has mouth AND eye protection, it may cover the subject's face in dust sufficiently to distract or blind the individual temporarily. This is a brief distraction, and taking damage will typically reobtain the victim's attention.
