Skill Description
"Chakra Mastery III" - This is the final level of Chakra Mastery that can be used with only mastery over one's own Chakra network and integrated alchemical and drug concoctions. This transformed state covers the entire body in a shroud of strengthening Chakra. The shroud augments not only offensive and defensive skills as per the previous levels, but also allows them to form a protective barrier that requires minimal extra chakra output to maintain. As well, additional stores of alchemical agents are activated internally, ordinarily left dormant inside of surgically implanted vestigial organs. When this technique is used, those chemicals are released and grant a temporary boost to stamina, health, and chakra, equivalent to imbibing certain medic-nin pills. Side-effects may occur afterwards, such as severe shaking and fatigue, even if the transformation wasn't used very long.
