This seal has a 4 foot range in all directions. Once activated, the seal captures anyone standing on or near it in a crimson beam of light. The seal will bind the target where they are standing. Soon afterwards, golden rings will begin to pulse within the crimson light that the foe is trapped in. These rings are what drains the opponent of their stamina. On the down side to this technique, the weak seal can not handle keeping a target locked down for too long and will turn to dust in a matter of a couple of minutes after it is activated.

This attack rolls Nin + Seal to hit, and requires 3 D rank seal techniques to learn.
