Dance of Snowflakes(Atk)
The user disappears in a swirl of snow flakes, reappearing elsewhere in another burst of snow. This move can be used to dodge an attack, even one with a large radius. It can also be use to attack, reappearing in an opponents blind spot in order to make an attack.
This attack rolls Nin + Spd to hit, and Int + Pow for damage. Learning this technique requires 3 D rank air techniques, 3 D rank water techniques, and Ice Manipulation.
Dance of Snowflakes(Def)
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
This defense rolls Nin + Spd. This defense requires a 4 Nin and a 4 Spd.
