Generally more effective on taijutsu users, even those who normally don't use taijutsu can be affected. After an attack the genjutsu will make them imagine more openings, openings that the user purposefully plants into their minds. The technique then urges the target to strike at these openings. Allowing them to evade the next set of attacks easily while making it feel and look as if they got battered, blowing more of the targets reserves while coming out unharmed.
