Distraction Link
The user distracts the target or targets with an obvious or eye-catching physical movement or gesture, allowing a Genjutsu Link to slip past mental defenses. This only works if the victim or victims actually see the distraction, and it is possible that a highly-focused mind may avoid being distracted entirely.
