Diving Swallow Strike
A low level technique that uses a knife, kunai or other small, sharp implement. The user of the technique moves in close to their target and steps forward and to one side while ducking low under any incoming attacks. As they pass by the user performs a tight slice aimed at the target's thigh.
This attack rolls Spd + Tai to hit, and Pow + Sta for damage.
