Jutsu Description
"Eye Technique: Powerful Calm" is a Genjutsu that can be cast with the Mangekyou Sharingan. The Mangekyou-wielder activates his or her Mangekyou Sharingan and binds an opponent in an illusion. In this illusion, the jutsu caster disappears and a black hole manifests in the sky. As it sucks in the surrounding environment, seemingly devouring the world itself, it becomes larger and larger, slowly gaining the appearance of the caster's Mangekyou Sharingan. Eventually, it draws the victim in, subjecting him or her to the sensation of being warped, stretched, and torn apart by gravitational forces so great that not even light can escape them. In reality, however, the target's body is simply left in a state of unconsciousness.
NOTE: Mangekyou Sharingan must be active to use this skill.
NAME NOTE: Despite the Japanese name bearing a similarity to the Forbidden Technique "Izanagi", Powerful Calm is an entirely seperate and unrelated technique.
