In fire technique, control is being tossed to the wind, by Sekisetsu, and substituted for pure mass. After handsealing, and placing hand to face for control, the girl simple blows out a small shower of even smaller compacted balls of fire. Though the attack isn't really powerful when it comes to how much damage it causes upon the enemy, the shower of fire in itself is enough to cover a wide range, often being able to rain upon multiple opponents at a time.
