Fire Release: Sear - This Fire Release Jutsu allows the user to exhale a rush of very hot air, which is likely to make the eyes of the enemy close or squint to avoid damage reflexively. This eliminates or limits sight temporarily, allowing the user to attack via some other means while his or her enemy is still shielding himself or herself from both the heat and potentially the expectation of an actual fireball that may never come.
