Skill Description
"Foe Vaulting Method" is a Weapon Taijutsu Defense of the Storm Island Kenjutsu style. This defensive technique can be used either to leap up into the air, over a foe's head, and come down on the other side, or, to avoid attacks at close range, to use the enemy themself as a platform to leap over them, such as by doing a hand spring off their shoulders, etc. The increased versatility of this move beyond just "dodge good and discourage pursuit" makes this defense better able to avoid attacks in general. As a secondary benefit, this defense may put the shinobi into an advantageous position to attack their foe from above or behind.
