Before any additional Genjutsu attacks may be used on a target, the genjutsu user must first hit with a Genjutsu Link. After a Genjutsu Link as been established, the Genjutsu user may continue to use Genjutsu attacks until the target successfully uses the +kai or +inflict commands. A Genjutsu Link attack may be made once a round, in addition to whatever other attacks are made.

Genjutsu Link rolls Gen + Int to hit, and players get this skill for free when they develop a genjutsu Style or Theme.
