Invisibility Seal
This seal bends light around a barrier of chakra, but in a very limited and controlled manner around any object it is placed on. The manipulation of the barrier has been further refined to dampen the object from view, making it even more transparent and less pronounced; nearly invisible to casual inspection. This is generally used on wearable material but can now be placed on paper tags; It still limits sight of whatever is inside it, the visible world outside the barrier seems gnarled and distorted. At this level, the seal generates a mobile and sustained barrier.
Note: Chargeable is not yet possible for Stealth. If it is, this attack is designed to use it once it is possible. For now it acts as a normal stealth attack.
