Irritant Senbon Shot

This technique is similar to the basic Senbon Shot attack, but it uses a specially modified senbon that has a pocket of fine, light powder at its end instead of a sharp tip. This pocket breaks easily on impact, releasing the powder into the air. The powder is highly irritating to the eyes and throat, and may temporarily blind an opponent or send them into a coughing fit for a few seconds.
