This is a powered-up version of Jigoku Hand Slam. An enormous Chakra-replica of Maikeru's possessed arm is sent flying at its target or targets. When it strikes it may simply plow an enemy into a wall or the ground or similar with enough force to destroy that environmental feature, or it can then be detonated to create an enormous explosion of Chakra and thus impact multiple foes at once. The explosion created by this is powerful enough and large enough to significantly alter the local terrain.
