Juuken Dash Strike
In use of this Attack Hiro combines his ability in dash step along with his juuken stance to perform this jutsu. After bridging a gap between himself and his opponent Hiro would dash forward using his natural speed and chakra to propel himself faster as he targets the tenketsu of his opponents chest cavity with an open palm strike. Upon contact he would release a burst of his own chakra from the strike into his opponents tenketsu causing both internal damage and a drain of his opponents chakra.
This Attack rolls Tai + Spd to hit, and Seal + Pow for damage. Learning this technique requires Juuken style.
