Lightning Bullet I
The lightning shot technique is performed by forming seals, then the user concentrates lightning to their finger tip(s), after letting it gather into a ball they then release the bullet like attack for their enemy. The lightning shot arcs in an erratic path to their target.
This attack rolls Nin + Int to hit, and Seal + Sta for damage. Learning it requires Lightning Manipulation.
