Skill Description
This technique requires at least one of the user's chakram tattoo blades drawn and wielded. The user surges the blades with their lightning based chakra, thus giving them both the properties of a sharp blade and the erratic shocking nature that comes with lightning based ninjutsu. With the blade or blades prepared and ready to go, the user then begins a quick and dangerous dance using the smooth, fluid movement's speed and momentum to both slice and shock their targets.
