Judgment Bolt
The user sends an electrical buildup into the sky above the battlefield. The process of setting up this attack takes some time and requires careful manipulation of stratospheric conditions. If the user is interrupted in their efforts, those conditions will tend to disperse, as they put the atmosphere into a state of high tension which naturally 'wants' to release. Should the user succeed, however, they create the circumstances necessary for a literal bolt of lightning to strike at the location of their target. This is an immensely powerful attack which can blast through most defenses.
Note: A-Rank Charge must be used the round prior to using this attack. If the user is struck between charging and attack, the charge is forfeited.
