Lightning Bullet II
This more advanced lightning shot technique is performed by forming seals, then the user concentrates lightning to their finger tip(s), after letting it gather into a ball as large as a soccer ball, they then release the bullet like attack at their enemy. The lightning shot arcs in an erratic path to their target.
This attack rolls Nin + Int to hit, and Seal + Sta for damage. Learning it requires the user know 3 D rank Lightning jutsu.
