Jon shapes Lightning Chakra into a large disc like a circular saw above his hand, after performing three handseals. He then attacks his target with this disc, either throwing it or striking directly in melee range. This is a very powerful attack due to its combination of rapid rotation, a sharpened Chakra 'edge', and high-amp content. However, the obvious setup tends to give the target time to prepare a defense.
