Lightning Negation
Using this jutsu, the defender creates a two layer dual shell of charged forces around themselves, as an object or attack hits the first shell it may be dispersed depending on the nature of the attack, if not when it strikes the second shell the strong charge the first shell gave to the object causes the similar charged field and object to repell each other, forcing the attack away or at least partially deflecting the attack.
