Medical Bio Recording
This technique is used for the purpose of recording the EXACT biological data concerning a given patient. With Diagnostic Jutsu and Perfect Surgery, a Medic-Nin can first obtain the full details of a patient and then control the memory centers of the brain to store that information perfectly. This information can then be transcribed to paper in a sort of 'medical records file'.

Skill Requirements: 2 C-Rank Medic-Nin skills, one of which must be Perfect Surgery, and 1 C-Rank Ninjutsu, plus Diagnostic Jutsu.
