Skill Description
This technique allows the user to send their mind out to momentarily stun a target. As with Mind-Body Switch, the user focuses on the target and sends her mind out. The difference is, Mind-Body Switch is meant to be a haymaker…a wild full-power attack to end the match. Mind-Lock is meant more like a jab to the nose, a temporary stun in order to follow up with something more devastating, like the Mind-Body-Switch or another jutsu.
