Mugen no Omote II
When a Mystic Noh-men is improved by permanently focusing energy into it, this will enhance the natural aspect of the Nogakujin's self. Essentially, rather than the versatility of an additional Mask, the individual will gain a better understanding of himself or herself as a person and as a fighter. The Mask's design may change slightly, but mostly looks the same as its base state. Beyond this understanding of one's limits, the Mystic Noh-men adds to the base capabilities, gains the capacity for more Mask Skills, and unlocks an inherent power.
The Level 2 Mystic Noh-men is able to hypnotise those who look upon it. This is not a constant effect, and requires Chakra use to achieve. This hypnosis effect is generally not sufficient to influence the victim's mind in any lasting manner. Instead, he or she seems to go into a trance state which can be disrupted by physical contact, or sudden sensations (such as pain, cold, etc.). However, while in a trance, the individual is unaware of his or her surroundings, and can be walked around, avoided, or otherwise left to stand in place staring at nothing until the Nogakujin is long gone. The Mugen no Omote version of the Lv. 2 Mystic Noh-men further amplifies Chakra control and awareness.
NOTE: The "Mask Hypnosis" Genjutsu must be apped seperately from this transformation.
