A more advanced form of the Water Clone technique, this one allows many water clones to be created at once, and for longer periods of time. What's more, they are capable of performing any water-based jutsu that the user knows so long as the +useskill is active. They are capable of traveling distances of almost a mile away from the user before disintegrating, and can take more damage before dissipating.
