Phantom Kill Technique
This is Sami's signature attack. The Phantom Kill Technique allows him to produce such a high resonance in Otomegami that when he swings the sword the tension being released into the air produces a high-pitched noise that sounds much like some inhuman scream from a ghost or phantom. Further, the target can be slashed by sending a narrow shockwave of sonic vibrations, enhanced with Chakra, to cut through anything in its path. Maximum range for this attack is exactly 15 feet away from the target. Though the "scream" produced after the attack has been launched warns friends, allies, or guards to Sami's presence. The effects of this attack are so rapid that they can not be dodged.
This attack rolls Tai + Spd to hit, and does Pow + Sta damage. This attack is impossible without Otomegami, and even with it, learning it requires 3 B rank taijutsu techniques.
